This is a smaller two-bedroom flat. The larger bedroom has a queen bed and TV, and the smaller bedroom has a twin bed. The living room and bathroom are spacious. The unit is in a multifamily building. The laundry area is downstairs and shared with a studio unit also located on the lower level.
Guest Access:
Entire upstairs is private (2 bedrooms one bathroom, see floorplan). Downstairs laundry is shared.
The laundry is accessible from the unit, and shared with a downstairs unit.
Reserved off-street parking is available. Street parking right in front of the house is easy.
The Neighborhood:
Located where upscale Madison Park (home to the founder of Starbucks) meets the vibrant Central District, trendy Capitol Hill, and the scenic Washington Park Arboretum—Seattle’s largest park—this unit offers the best of urban and natural settings.
The area itself features many shops/restaurants and the the Washington Arboretum within a 5 minute walk. Capital Hill is a 5 minute drive. And your trip downtown Seattle is 15 minute drive, 30 minutes by publish transit, 1 hour walk.
Getting Around:
Street parking is plentiful. Bus stops are about a 5 minute walk. Lyft/Uber will show up within a few minutes.
