Hello!

We are Sean and Lexi and we look forward to hosting you on your next stay in town! This home is the main house, Unit A, of our historic 1918 Craftsman w/ ADU.

- Key-less entry means you can check in as late as you like, just use the door code.

MUDROOM
Upon entering the unit you will find a lovely space to drop your bags, hang your coat, and kick off those shoes as you prepare to enter our recently remodeled from head to toe California Craftsman.

LIVING ROOM
The living room is equipped with a 65” Smart TV to stream your favorite show or movie (BYOP). WIFI provided.

KITCHEN
The kitchen is equipped with everything you’ll need to make your stay feel like home:
- All necessary plates, cups, pots, and pans.
- Coffee Maker (Keurig, Traditional Coffee pot maker, & French press)
- Complimentary coffee and tea
- Complimentary bottle of wine

BATHROOMS
You will be provided with:
- Fresh towels
- Shampoo
- Conditioner
- Bodywash
- Hairdryer
- Iron and ironing board (located in laundry room)

BEDROOMS
Awake refreshed and ready for another day of exploration with a Zinus Green Tea Memory Foam mattress. The front two bedrooms are equipped with queens and the master a king.

Additionally, every bedroom is equipped with:
- White noise device
- Black out curtains
- Blue air filter
- Ear plugs

BACKYARD
The backyard is currently unavailable as we continue our remodel of the ADU located in the backyard. For this reason we have applied a discount to the nightly rate. Please feel free to sip your complimentary bottle of wine inside or across the street at the park and enjoy the incredible California climate :)

* This home was originally built with a very narrow driveway and it quite small for the modern car. We prefer to treat this as a walk way to the backyard but if you feel inclined to park here, please watch out not to bang your door on the bricks or rocks that parallel it.

* Street Parking only.

- Guests will have the entirety of Unit-A at their disposal as well as the front yard and park across the street.

- Keyless door entry means you can come and go as you please in private. Each guest will be provided their own unique access code.

- There is plenty of free street parking in front or very close to entrance.

- Please no parties, or any other guests besides those listed on reservation.
