Perfectly situated just east of Gatlinburg , you'll be just minutes away from all the attractions that Gatlinburg and Pigeon Forge offer but still far enough away to not have the hustle and bustle. The Great Smoky Mountains National Park is just 2 minutes down the road, Plus Cataloochee valley being just an hour away.
Enjoy the serenity of the rippling creek outside the back door while enjoying a relaxing morning with coffee on the screened in porch or relaxing by the firepit.
This lovely studio cottage has a fully stocked kitchen for all your cooking needs, please note there is no dishwasher Onsight. With a beautiful Love seat positioned in the center of the room with a large Flat screen Tv and an Electric fireplace for the extra special ambience while you cuddle with your loved one. Retire in the King-sized bed just behind the loveseat with a true night of relaxing sleep before your next day's adventure on one of the Great Smoky Mountains National Park hiking trails, with many conveniently located to the cabin. The beautifully designed bathroom has a large walk-in shower big enough for two.

Cozy cottage

My husband and I visited for our anniversary. This place was very clean, cozy and convenient. We stayed right on the creek which was very relaxing.

Creekside was awesome but..

We enjoyed our stay absolutely, but was sort of mislead in a way by not know they had ongoing construction just across the creek from us with a man blaring music and working not to mention the view wasnt as depicted in the photos we saw. We also had a leak that wasnt fixed that had gotten my bags wet in the closet.

Cute little getaway cabin

My husband and I booked a last minute trip and this cabin was perfect for two nights. It was extremely clean, the brook was beautiful and made for the perfect “white noise”. We also really enjoyed the fire pit, the shower, the porch and the overall smell of a new cabin! Extremely well designed. Two small downfalls were they do not send you the access code via email until exactly 4pm so although we were 20 minutes early, we had to wait in the car with our one year old until we received the code. I typically let my renters know my property is available as soon as my cleaning ladies leave because it provides more flexibility and is always extremely appreciated by my renters. But- to each their own! Another small downfall was the wifi did not work, luckily my husband was able to connect his hotspot to the tv so it really wasn’t a big deal. Nonetheless, this was a great stay and the cabin was absolutely beautiful on the interior and exterior! Would definitely recommend to friends! :)

Cabin was cute and perfect for a long weekend stay. However, the pictures in the listing are a bit deceiving considering there are cabins directly next door and across the creek. The heater remote did not work when we arrived so we could not control temp in cabin, luckily there was an electric heater we used for heat instead. Good location if you’re wanting to explore the area.

Greenbriar Preserve is a charming cottage community located just 20 minutes from downtown Gatlinburg. This peaceful retreat is nestled along a scenic creek and offers a quiet escape while still being close to all the area’s attractions. When we saw the location, we knew everyone would love the location as much as we did, and so the Greenbriar Preserve came to be.

The community is relatively new, with construction beginning in 2023 and thoughtfully expanding through 2024 and 2025 as its popularity grew. Guests love the serene setting, natural surroundings, and relaxing atmosphere.
We’re proudly pet-friendly (we love animals!), so feel free to bring your furry companions along. The community offers plenty of space to enjoy leisurely walks with your dog, whether along the creek or around the picnic area next to a large open field.

This cabin is pet-friendly — a $75 + tax non-refundable fee per pet applies. Pets must weigh no more than 40 lbs each and be crated if left unattended on the property.
 
Smoking is strictly prohibited inside the cabin. Guests found smoking indoors will be subject to a cleaning fee of up to $1,000 and immediate removal from the property. All payments made for the reservation will be forfeited in full.
