Getaway Cottage

Very clean and very nice updated little cabin. Just the right size for 2 people. The team was responsive through text when we had to report a small decorative item that we found damaged upon arriving. Close to the road but I felt the creek right outside the cabin drowned out any traffic noise. Would stay here again.

New Years Getaway 2024

We enjoyed our stay in the charming Getaway Cottage for the New years weekend. Close enough to Gatlinburg and far enough away from the hustle and bustle of the all the tourists type things. The cabin was very accommodating, very well maintained, cleaned and stocked. We were excited about it being so close to the creek, we love the water sounds but It was closer to the highway than we anticipated there was a lot of noise from the traffic, so it drowned out the water sounds..,, it wasn't a deal breaker. We would definitely stay again!!

Pourquoi avoir choisi cet hébergement ?

Greenbriar Preserve is a charming cottage community located just 20 minutes from downtown Gatlinburg. This peaceful retreat is nestled along a scenic creek and offers a quiet escape while still being close to all the area’s attractions. When we saw the location, we knew everyone would love the location as much as we did, and so the Greenbriar Preserve came to be.

The community is relatively new, with construction beginning in 2023 and thoughtfully expanding through 2024 and 2025 as its popularity grew. Guests love the serene setting, natural surroundings, and relaxing atmosphere.
We’re proudly pet-friendly (we love animals!), so feel free to bring your furry companions along. The community offers plenty of space to enjoy leisurely walks with your dog, whether along the creek or around the picnic area next to a large open field.

This cabin is pet-friendly — a $75 + tax non-refundable fee per pet applies. Pets must weigh no more than 40 lbs each and be crated if left unattended on the property.
 
Smoking is strictly prohibited inside the cabin. Guests found smoking indoors will be subject to a cleaning fee of up to $1,000 and immediate removal from the property. All payments made for the reservation will be forfeited in full.
