This Cozy Gulf-Front Beach House is the perfect place to relax, unwind and make memories that will last a lifetime. (Memories By The Sea) is located in the gated community of (Seagrass) located on North Cape. This community offers a spacious Pool that guest are allowed to use. This property has a large Private Heated Swim Spa perfect for relaxing after a long day on the beach. Memories By the Sea is a two story home offering Four Bedrooms and Four Bathrooms with sleeping accommodations for 10-12. This property has Three Gulf-Front King suites all with a private deck and unobstructed views of the Gulf. This property also offers a neat Bunk room with three Twin beds and a Queen size bed great for kids of all ages. The dining room has a large table with seating accommodations for 10 and great views of the ocean. Wanna sit outside and soak up the beautiful Florida weather… this property also offers a screened-in porch with a dining table that seats 6 and a bar-top that seats 4. With a spacious living room and fully equipped kitchen this home is the perfect place to make memories that will last a lifetime. The Master suite on the second floor is fully equipped with a large outdoor deck offering shaded seating and lounge chairs great for sun bathing or taking an afternoon nap. This room is very spacious and has it all, a lounge area, a desk great for working remote, a private deck and a en suite bathroom with a large jetted tub. The other two King suites also offer a en suite full bathroom and private decks with outdoor seating and breathtaking views! The Memories don’t stop here…this property has a fire-pit great for roasting marshmallows and story-telling or simply just enjoying the ambience. This home is just steps away from the white sandy beach and crystal-clear water of the Gulf. With its prime location and great amenities, this beach house is the perfect getaway for a family vacation or a romantic retreat.

Great family location

Such a great quiet week together. The home is perfect for larger family with multiple ages—quiet neighborhood, location on the beach, swim spa, and multiple decks were all perfect. Outdoor shower helps keep the sandy mess outside. Kitchen was so well stocked. The host was so great to work with. We will definitely be back. We had ages 6 to 73 and we all loved it!

Beautiful and well stocked

The location is amazing and everything about this property was wonderful. It was very clean and kitchen supplies were well stocked. We enjoyed the beach from the balcony even when weather was rainy. Kids loved the decorations in the bunk room and the stair nook.

Great Property

This is a beautiful property. It is well equipped. The house was clean. The beds were comfortable and everything as super clean. The kitchen had everything you could possibly want. So convenient to get on the beach. The only downside was that the hot tub did not work. Although we contacted them, we tried to help fix, no maintenance man every came by. Taylor was super responsive but that was disappointing to not have use of this. Other than that, we were very pleased with the property. The only reason they don't get 5 stars is the lack of hot tub working.

What an amazing house! We absolutely loved our stay here. Steps from the ocean, with beautiful views from the multiple balconies. We can’t wait to go back.

Amazing house and location!

The house was even better in person! Perfect location and setup. The kids nook under the stairs and the bunk room are great value adds! Our kids played it in nook non-stop. The view from the bedrooms and balconies are amazing. Easy walk to the beach. Nice to have an outdoor shower to rinse off before going inside. The kitchen was well stocked with all the cooking utensils and equipment, and there is a charcoal grill. We did a big grocery haul before arrival but the house is close to the little grocery store if you end up needing something. There aren’t any pantry items at the house such as salt/pepper/oil etc. so we just ran to the market to grab some things. Bathrooms came with hand soap, 1 roll of toilet paper and mini shampoo/conditioner to get you started. We liked having access to washer/dryer. Covered carport to store coolers and beach chairs/toys. Long driveway which accommodated two trucks and two boat trailers. We stayed 3 nights and on night 1 we were already talking about how we want to book again for next year!

Family vacation

We enjoyed a wonderful week at this property. The house is gorgeous in and out! The access to the beach is steps away so it was perfect for the younger children. The host answered questions promptly and was friendly. We will definitely be looking to stay again!

This beach house is exceptional

Beautifully decorated home with well equipped kitchen. The proximity to the beach is great with beautiful views of the ocean from the 2nd floor and the back yard and dunes from the first. We had 6 adults and 7 children and it was perfect for our crew.

Best House Ever!

My husband & another couple booked this stay & were hoping the actual house matched the online pictures. Oh my- it was even better in person! Every room and detail was so well appointed! From the decor to the layout to the nicely stocked kitchen, this place did not disappoint. Great location on the beach! We would definitely stay there again! The only hitch was getting into the lockbox upon arrival- was confusing (there were 2 boxes) & difficult to open but a call to the manager helped. Once we were in, a perfect stay! Highly recommend!

Perfect Family House

We stayed with 3 adults and 4 kids and the house was perfect for us. Super easy access to the beach and all the amenities we needed. The little details and finishes are excellent and the house is well stocked with everything we needed. If the opportunity arises, we will definitely come back!

The perfect beach home!

This open floor plan home was absolutely perfect! Perfect location, steps away from the Ocean. The views from the Three balcony’s were spectacular. From the well stocked home to the Beautiful beach decor. Screened end porch made it perfect for eating outside. I could go on and on about this beautiful home. Best family vacation! Cape San Blas is so peaceful.
