2. Some neighbor noise may be occasionally heard.

3 The garage is smaller so parking will be pretty tight, especially if it’s not a compact car. Parking in front of the garage is prohibited by the HOA. Street parking is available but may be limited during peak times.

4. The home does not have central AC.

Great location

Comfortable townhouse conveniently walkable to Ballard. Good setup for working remote even if traveling with family (downstairs office removed from rest of house, good internet speed). Garage is too small for most cars but ample street parking nearby.

Parking was a problem. No way any car could fit in the garage. Parking on the street was not always available. We had to park at the post office one night. It would help if we knew what was available for our use. We bought coffee, salt, shampoo, etc. We ended up buying things we didn't have to..

My rating is based more on management than the property it ‘self. The property is in a perfect location. Lots of shops and restaurants are easily walkable. The bus line is close, and grocery shopping is within a block. We needed all 3 beds but there weren’t enough sheets for the hide-a-bed. After a couple of communications back and forth with the manager, extra sheets were delivered. I am an early riser and expected to drink my coffee in the cute area shown in the listing. It was overgrown with vegetation. Overall, a great place.

Great location, lots of room, very clean. Garden area could be cleaned up and one oven burner was faulty. Oven gave off excessive smoke when used once. Otherwise wonderful visit. Thanks for all the towels/supplies Valta!

Great to be close to our daughters home. Easy to get into Seattle. Only problems would be the parking. Our rental car was too large for garage and having to drive around neighborhood for a spot is challenging. Overall the home was nice

Very well organized and dog friendly.

It's very easy to find anything you need as every closet and drawer is very neatly labeled. Everything was clean and accessible. We did have one minor situation come up and communication was prompt and handled quickly. I would definitely stay here again.

Wonderful location with much to explore!

We had a lovely stay at this property! The hosts were communicative and helpful. The location is fabulous with a short walk to groceries, Market Street, the locks, and lots of dining options. The property itself was clean and comfortable with more than enough toilet paper, paper towel, soap, coffee (!), and other necessities. I appreciated the hosts' consideration of the small details and would definitely stay again.

Since parking is so difficult and expensive it is the perfect location for walking to grocery stores and breweries. Downtown Ballard is less than 15 minutes to great restaurants, bars and a cool farmers’ market on Sunday.

Long Weekend Getaway

This was the perfect property in terms of location, decor, spaciousness...really everything. Very well managed and stocked well. Communication was terrific. I'm surprised this property hasn't received more 5 star reviews. There was an air conditioner in every room and the place was spotless. We would definitely stay here again.

Summer Night Hell

Listing states there is air conditioning but failed to specify that it is not central a/c and the second bedroom upstairs does not have a/c, not even fans! Host said he/she will correct their listing notes to mention that but I see that as of 7/7/2023, they still did not mention it. Room was too hot to sleep in even with the windows open at night. Host did not seem to care to get us another a/c unit and only sent us two small fans on the third day which did not help much with cooling down the room. Host even suggested we carry the living room a/c unit (which weighs over 70lbs) up the stairs to the bedroom to use at night, what a joke. I tried negotiating a reasonable partial refund considering the second bedroom was hell for 3 days and 2 nights but host refused and only refunded 6% which was an insult to us.
