Be the first guests of our pristine and contemporary retreat, ideally situated in the heart of Seattle's vibrant Fremont neighborhood. This brand-new and well-appointed standalone house comfortably accommodates up to four guests. Located on a quiet dead-end street just a block from bustling Fremont Ave, our tranquil oasis offers the perfect balance of privacy and convenience for your next Seattle getaway or business trip.

Our 2BR/1.5BA standalone house features two bedrooms, each with a queen bed and AC, as well as a modern bathroom with a full tub, extra towels, and makeup remover wipes. For added convenience, we provide an in-unit washer and dryer. Relax in the inviting living room, complete with a sleeper sofa, coffee table, and smart TV. The large windows ensure ample natural light, while the mini-split air conditioner keeps the temperature just right. The open-concept kitchen is stocked with stainless-steel appliances, cookware, silverware, serving ware, a water kettle, and a Keurig coffee maker, perfect for a home-cooked meal or a quick snack.

Stay connected with high-speed internet, perfect for streaming your favorite shows or tackling work-from-home tasks with ease. We had an absolutely perfect stay at Hua and Wendy's place! It was ideal for our family of four—super comfortable, spotless, and thoughtfully set up. The heated floors were a huge bonus and quickly became everyone’s favorite feature. The location in the Fremont area was perfect, with easy access to everything we needed. We’d happily stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone visiting the area!

This home was really clean and has great use of space for everything we needed on a brief extended weekend stay in Seattle for our family of 3. Convenient walking distance to public transportation and many local business and restaurants. The host was wonderful, friendly, accommodating, informative, helpful, and quick to respond to any questions. Highly recommend a stay here.

Very cute property and would stay again. Very well appointed and clean. Condition to check out early because another guest was checking in early should probably have included a discount especially at that price. Other than that it was very nice!

Exceptional Stay in the Center of the Universe!We had an absolutely fantastic stay at this VRBO in Fremont! If you’re looking for the perfect base to explore Seattle, this is it.Here are a few highlights from our trip:* Restful & Quiet: Despite being so close to the action, the place was incredibly peaceful. The beds were remarkably comfortable, making it easy to catch up on sleep. All the night lights were a nice touch!* Sparkling Clean: You can tell the hosts take great pride in the property. Everything was spotless upon arrival.* The Shower: A total 10/10! There was plenty of hot water and great water pressure—exactly what you need after a long day of walking. Again the addition of hot towels was thoughtful!* Chef’s Kitchen: The kitchen was well-appointed with everything we needed to whip up breakfast before heading out.* Prime Location: The walkability is unbeatable. We loved being able to stroll right into the heart of Fremont. It’s also a dream location for any tech or hobby enthusiasts—it’s a very quick walk to Geocaching HQ!We couldn’t have asked for a better experience. We’ll definitely be looking to book this spot again for our next Seattle adventure!

You will want to stay here

We had an absolutely wonderful stay at this VRBO in Fremont for ten days. The house was immaculate, the beds were delightfully comfortable, and the house was perfectly appointed with anything you could need. It is like having your own mini house. Everything is brand new. Two floors are all yours. It is great to have the bedrooms on the second floor. Early risers are not bothered by the night owls - the location is extremely quiet. Our son worked upstairs with reliable WI-FI with no connection problems. A bathroom on each floor is really convenient. The hosts are amazing. You never know they're there unless you need something. They are incredibly responsive and helpful. They had a book of recommendations of restaurants and attractions for the new traveler. Parking was not a problem. We would not stay anywhere else in Seattle. Just perfect!
