This single-story home is minutes from downtown, campus, and the Big House! The home is tucked away off of the main street, making life in an unfamiliar area easy & convenient. The private space surrounding the home and fenced-in backyard add to its ambiance.

This single-family ranch-style home is in a quiet, family-friendly neighborhood just a short drive to all things Ann Arbor.

The home was recently updated with a simple and clean design in mind, featuring new vinyl flooring, paint, decorations, and kitchen appliances. The three upstairs bedrooms feature a king bed, a queen, and two twin beds which together can comfortably sleep six guests. Downstairs you will find two additional bedrooms, each with a queen, a small living space, and an additional full bath. In the upstairs living/dining area, you will find tons of natural light! Enjoy a cup of coffee out from on the porch at the coffee table. All the upstairs bedrooms are easily accessible for those who have problems getting around.

Additionally, guests are welcome to pass through the garage and enjoy the private backyard space featuring a BBQ grill, a firepit with lawn chairs, and a grass area for fun and games!

Visit my son at U of M

Great play to stay while visiting my son at college. The property is close to campus and has plenty of space for the whole family. Was able to bring our dog which made our son very happy:)

Great house for our family for our sons wedding

The house is much larger than it appears from the outside. Spacious rooms and can easily sleep 8-10 people. Very clean and the location is perfect for anything you plan to do in Ann Arbor.

Graduation Weekend

Wonderful stay! Property was exactly has described, very clean and a convenient location for the UofM dental school graduation. Check in was a breeze.Nicely furnished with great space for our family of 7 adults plus our graduate to gather and celebrate. Will definitely stay here again if our travels bring us back to the area. Home away from home

My family and I stayed here while my mom had surgery at U of M. Needless to say it was a stressful time, but the house provided a bit of peace while we navigated everything. The house is super cute and comfy, and close it literally everything. The neighborhood was quiet and safe, and had a ton of people walking/ running during the day. The projector wasn’t available while we were there, but the upstairs TV was enough for us. Jordan was great and super helpful with questions. We would definitely stay again!

Has everything you need. TONS of beds/bedrooms. Basement is awesome to hang out in. The backyard is cute with a great fire pit. Strict noise curfew enforced.

Great stay for a guys trip!

Jordan was a wonderful host with quick and informative communication. The house was the perfect size for our group and gave us plenty of options to comfortably hang out. The neighborhood is charming and quiet. We were short Uber/Lyft rides to the University of Michigan football stadium and golf course we played (Leslie Park), as well as Costco and other essentials. Would highly recommend staying here!

Affordable Space, Great Location!

We enjoyed staying at this property to attend my niece's graduation party. It was affordable for our family of 6 with plenty of space for everyone to have their own bedroom, move around in the kitchen, and sit down together in the various areas of the house and outside. The location is very close to the Big House and downtown so it was easy to get anywhere we wanted to go. The neighborhood is nice and quiet and the kids could play in the front yard or backyard without any worry. The host checked in with us during over visit to make sure we were getting along well. We'd pick this over a hotel room any day of the week!

Great gathering spot

Host was top notch. Very responsive. Goes out of their way to accommodate. House is nice for big gatherings. We had our family Thanksgiving here. Kitchen had just what we needed. Two great areas for watching football. Great location for getting around - but car is needed. Also, thanks to the host for serving up a 2023 Michigan three-peat win over OSU! Go Blue!

Wedding stay

Pre Check in - Communication with Jordan was great. He responded promptly. Property - Property is exactly as described. Clean and well cared for. Kitchen is well stocked with utensils and other necessities. Spice rack was a nice surprise. We were a group of 6 people and we did not feel cramped ( 5 proper bedrooms with storage space in each. Area: Close to all the places we needed. Couple of grocery stores within 5 minutes drive. Lots of restaurants nearby. Overall , I definitely recommend this place. Thank you Jordan.

Great stay!

We had a great stay at this lovely home in Ann Arbor. Family of four and we needed a place to recoup as we had a loved one undergo major surgery at the hospital that week. It was wonderful to come back to a nice home and be able to relax and take our mind off things. The house was clean and well stocked with all necessities that we needed.

Looks can be deceiving! With a finished basement, two bedrooms, a living room, and a full bathroom downstairs, this house can comfortably host up to eight guests. The backyard is fenced in, making it dog friendly, and a great spot for a tailgate with guests of the visit.
