Excellent property, and incredible location in the heart of Ann Arbor. As close as you can get to campus and downtown in many respects, the units were very clean and comfortable. We really enjoyed our time, and Nina made everything easy. Would highly recommend!
We had a great stay bringing in my daughter who is enrolling at the UM. Excellent location and walking distance to everything. Team was flexible and accommodated us w early check in and storage of our bags on our check out date. Apartment is clean and well stocked. Bathroom had towels and basics. Kitchen fully stocked and well organized. Will look to stay here again in the future. Give the âArtist Aptâ my highest recommendation!!!!
Fantastic location and super well appointed. The apartment was super clean even though the house is older. Parking was a little less than ideal because we had a big car but listing offered great tips for negotiating the narrow garage. Great communication with the owner
Cute little apartment with all we needed. Perfect walking location and close to all that beautiful Ann Arbor has to offer. Beds were comfortable and hosts responsive and communicated great and clear details. Tiny little bit musty smelling and could be winter weather walking in on carpet s but despite, would recommend and return.Smells a ti
This is the best VRBO we have ever stayed at! It was clean and nicely decorated, without being overdone. The space and amenities were obviously well thought out. We had everything we needed for a comfortable, relaxing stay.
The location is great for walking to A2's many interesting restaurants and museums. And the host, Nina, was friendly and helpful, without being intrusive. Overall, a solid 10 out of 10!
Nina was excellent with her communication and the check in process was excellent. The property was in an excellent location to downtown and the university. It is also near many night time venues and you could hear both bars as well as garbage collection throughout the wee hours. Nina left earplugs in the bedrooms. Very helpful having parking but the garage door had some issues which she quickly addressed.. The rooms were clean but small. Living furniture not the most comfortable for a group but OK. Overall a nice place to be if you are out and about most of the day.
Loved this 2 bedroom, 1 bath apartment with a fully appointed kitchen and spacious living room. Nina and Kim have thought of everything! It is a perfect location, easy walking to campus, all of the great restaurants near State/Division area & to Kerrytown. The beds are comfy and bathroom has everything you need. One night we stayed In and made dinner using the grill out back, watched football & enjoyed the living area. A bonus is Ninaâs beautiful artwork everywhere. Will definitely be back!
This was a fantastic house in downtown Ann Arbor. Walkable to Main Street and anywhere on Michigan's campus. Nina was very helpful with local information and parking advice for additional vehicles.
Stay was fantastic! We loved the location and spaciousness of the apartment. Super easy to walk to UM, sporting facilities, restaurants and shops! We parked our large SUV in the garage and left it there for the duration. I highly recommend this property! We hope to stay here again on another visit. Nina was very good with communicating and was a great host.
This was a wonderful stay, we visited the University of Michigan for a visit and dance team clinic. The location was perfect close to everything, shops, restaurants, and bars. The property was clean and comfortable and Dina the host was responsive and helpful. Coming back in my next stay at Ann Arbor
I stay busy running the Guest Houses in Ann Arbor staying in all 4 Guesthouses every other month or so, or I am in my art studio painting abstract art or gardening in the summer in the Smokies. I call North Carolina mountains my home but travel back and forth to Ann Arbor, enjoying my time in one of the 4 Ann Arbor Guest Houses. What a life!
I lived in this property back in the 90's on the main floor. In the Spring of 2012 I rented my old apartment again downstairs and the upstairs came available 5 years later. I named it the Artist's Loft as I was looking for a place to hang many of my art pieces. I love this location and I love staying here in the central part of downtown and remembering the 'good 'ol days' when I would dart in and out of my apartment enjoying the fun filled life of living right in the middle of town.
Everything is within a 5 block walk, U of M, Main Street, Kerrytown! Okay, walking to the Stadium takes a few more blocks to get there. Having a parking space in town is a big plus if you think you need a car. Teeming life on the streets on the other side of your front door. This apartment is sunny with windows on all 4 sides of the apartment. It is cozy yet roomy enough (around 1000 SF) for up to 6 guests.
