Welcome to Coral Reef, a brand new build nestled in a quiet neighborhood near Lake Powell & the white sandy beaches of PCB! This trendy, pet-friendly home sleeps 9 & features a private pool, fenced-in back yard, & electric grill for your enjoyment. The home also has Wi-Fi, Smart TV's, washer & dryer, & a private garage. Bring the whole family down to enjoy the freshwater fun of the lake, soak in the sun at Carillon Beach or explore Camp Helen State Park nearby.

The first floor of the home features the living room, kitchen, dining room, large pantry, laundry room and half-bath. Upstairs is the master bedroom with a king sized bed and en-suite bath, two queen bedrooms, a twin bunk & single bed, & an additional full bathroom.

Each bedroom closet has luggage racks for your convenience. Please note that we only provider start packs for this property. Beach/pool towels are NOT provided, so you will want to bring your own.

Guests will have access to the entire house and pool. You'll also have access to the garage. Please note that if the garage door opener is lost or damaged, you will be charged $100, no exceptions.

This property is dog friendly; this must be approved with our Reservations staff prior to booking. A nonrefundable pet fee of $175 will be charged for one dog (For a second pet it will be an additional $75).

Please note: We only supply a starter pack of supplies to get you through your first 24 hours. We recommend packing anything additional or stopping by the store to get extra TP, paper towels, laundry and dish pods etc.

This property is pet friendly. There is a nonrefundable pet fee of $175. This covers one dog under 50lbs. This must be approved with Management prior to arrival.

There is to be no smoking or vaping inside and/or outside of this home. If we find evidence of smoking/vaping, you will be charged $500.

AGE RESTRICTIONS: The registering guest must be at least 25 years of age and will be held responsible for all parties and/or guests of this reservation. The individual making this reservation must be 25 years old, must be present at check in, and must remain for the entire length of the reservation. Thank you for understanding!
