Enjoy an unforgettable vacation at our lovely beach house named the LIONFISH INN. Our house is located in the upscale community of Grande Pointe in Inlet Beach moments from the sugar-white sand beaches of the Gulf of Mexico in South Walton and to Lake Powell, a rare coastal dune lake. Tucked away just north of Scenic Highway 30A, this lovely decorated, three-bedroom, two-and-a-half bath home has a delightful two-story floor plan with two covered porches.

As you enter, you will find 10-ft. ceilings and beautiful hardwood floors throughout the common areas with plush carpet in the bedrooms. The kitchen has been designed with the gourmet chef in mind with granite counter-tops and stainless steel appliances including Electrolux stove and oven. The home has the perfect design on a rare expansive corner lot with parking on a brick paved driveway. The bathrooms feature tile and granite with a bathtub and shower combination in the full guest bathroom and a walk-in shower in the master ensuite. The master bedroom is spacious and has exclusive access to a private covered balcony. Brand new electric, 6-person golf cart available for guests.
