So comfortable for a family get-together

The Yellow Brookstone Villa was the perfect home for our family Christmas celebration. The house itself is large, with a variety of spaces to be, a super kitchen, and comfortable beds in each room (even the sleeper sofa!) - and our host had it decorated for Christmas, and added surprise! She was easy to work with, and everything we needed was provided. We’ll remember this home for future stays!

Such a lovely place!

Absolutely perfect stay and the host were amazing to work with! We stayed for our daughter’s wedding and even though we didn’t get to spend a lot of time here, we will be back to enjoy the location and decor! A lovely home with special touches! Thank you!

Wonderful Stay

I really enjoyed my stay at this property and would definitely come back. The location was fantastic and the house was present in a very safe and quiet neighborhood. The host is amazing and was very accommodating. Overall, I reccomend staying at this house!

Perfect home

This was the nicest stocked rental we have ever had. Beautiful decor. Kitchen completely stocked with anything you need. Wonderful linens. Comfortable beds. Beautiful clean neighborhood. I would definately rent this place again. Great yard..

Clean and comfortable!

This home was a great central meeting location for some friends and me to connect. We came from Ohio, West Virginia, Alabama, and Kentucky. We enjoyed a day at the lake, and the home was clean—one of the cleanest rentals I've ever stayed at! The beds were comfortable (what a welcome surprise!), and we enjoyed dinner at the brewery one evening. We felt right at home!

Yellow Brookstone Villa

First time staying at this property. It was close/convenient to family we were in the area to visit. Host was super responsive; check-in easy; everything was clean and comfortable, and well-appointed. The driveway is steep; we appreciated having the garage in which to park. Host quickly responds to ensure things work properly (she had informed us, before our stay, there was a dryer repairmen scheduled and worked with us on a convenient time for work to be done). I only gave it 4 stars because there was a cigarette (or cigarette-like) smoke smell in the living room/kitchen area (sadly, I guess not all guests follow the rules). It's a non-smoking property, but I am super sensitive to it. Overall we enjoyed our stay, and would stay here again.

UT Move in Date

We moved our daughter into UTK this weekend and we stayed here. Great location and beautiful home. This was our second stay here, April we stayed for a tour of the campus. Will stay here on all of our visits to Knoxville.

Lovely house with all you need plus more!

This is a lovely house in a beautiful area. We truly enjoyed sitting on the front porch in the evenings watching the sunset and sitting on the back deck in the mornings. We had a wonderful family dinner there one night when my daughter and her family joined us. Plenty of room and lots of wonderful amenities.

Just what we needed…

We came into town to attend a weekend wedding. We LOVED the house and felt like it was home. The owner went beyond the norm by supplying several brands of coffee. In addition the bathrooms were supplied with more than the basic soap, shampoo and conditioner. We will definitely book again if we are ever in the area!

Great place to stay

The property was everything it advertised. The host was more than accommodating. We needed a pack-and-play, which wasn’t listed as an amenity, and the host appropriated one for us. We also needed a high chair, which we didn’t expect the host to get, but again, she went out and purchased a brand new one for us. I highly recommend this place and I’d definitely stay here again.

Beautiful Villa

I was very impressed when I walked into this beautiful villa! I’d booked it for my parents and brother who came to town for a family wedding. The villa was beautifully decorated, well stocked, immaculately clean, and spacious for my parents, brother, and my dad’s dog. Our host was very attentive and would respond back to my questions immediately. We would certainly book it again if we were ever back in the area! Beautiful home!!
