When it comes to entertainment, this home doesn't miss! Take advantage of the garage-turned-into-a-game room space featuring a pool table, a dart board, and several other yard games. There is even a full-size fridge for additional storage. Great Vacation

We had a great week at the lake. The house was nice, and the lake was warm. Pool table was good for rainy days and evenings. Our Golden Retriever probably enjoyed it most of all.

The kids and pup loved it!

Great option if you have a water loving dog like I do. The yard was lovely, and it was very peaceful and quaint. We visited in April and it was warm enough to swim in.Loved the kitchen! Great for larger groups who like to cook.A few minor issues, but these did not take away from the trip:- the front door needs to be lifted up to be unlocked- the dock needs some repair, we needed to be mindful with the children to not get scraped on some of the boards- the bathrooms are pretty dated, some of the glass doors were difficult to open and close

Wonderful place

We had a absolute blast. Kids loved it and the fishing was not bad also. Plenty to do. Everyone slept well. That's how I judge our trips. Will be booking again.

Disappointing

Unfortunately, the house and grounds were not taken care of. We would describe the house as grimy. The outside decks were dirty and not able to be sat on. We spent the first half of day cleaning the area. The deck at the water had beautiful views and offered us a lot of fun on the water since we brought our jet skis. However, the decking was unsafe. In addition there was no easy way to enter the water with no ladder since the grounds around the house were not part of 2020 vision. The pictures are deceiving - none of that land is part of the property. The inside of the home was old but mostly taken care of. The rooms were surface cleaned and the beds and bathrooms were ok. The kitchen had dirty pans and broken items as did the garage. It was just very worn. It was disappointing. If you decide to rent the home, just think of it as more of a glamping experience.

Lovely view, well equipped home

Our favorite feature of this home was the dock, which was a beautiful place to sit anytime of day. There are a number of really good restaurants within a short drive. The home itself is comfortable and clean, if a little worn around the edges. The kitchen is spacious and well stocked, and we appreciated the availability of plenty of hand soap, dish soap, and laundry detergent. A note for anyone with mobility issues: there is a ramp on the side of the house that leads to the deck, but guests must enter through one of two sliding glass doors that have a high, narrow threshold. The door into the primary bathroom is 23 inches wide.

2020 Vision great stay on Lake Anna

The lake house was just the right size with 3 bedrooms, 2.5 baths. Grill and propane firepit provided nice outdoor experience. We stayed in the winter, so the area was in off-season mode, but this place would really be great in the summer time. There is a dock with a boat house and covered seating. The keurig with k-cups was nice to have in the morning. Overall, this was a nice stay. Only minor negatives, 1) the exterior needs a bit of a pressure wash, 2) there is only one TV in the house.

Fishing and Grilling

Getting to and from the lakehouse was a breeze, the location was perfect. Check-In was seamless and so was communcation with the property manager. The house had everything you'd need for the most part, plent of space for everyone to enjoy their time. The dock was perfect for fishing and swimming, could use a power washing as it was littered with spiders. The house was clean but you could tell it had been awhile in-between guests as you'd find cobwebs and the elements haven't been great to the deck, definitely suggest a powerwashinging in between months. Overall, the lakehouse was perfect for a group, kitchen and deck were spacious, the dock was perfect, I'd definitely come back.

Amazing Sunrise Lake House

Plenty of open space inside and outside the house. Easy to reserve. The price is good. Termite issue needs to be addressed completely before I would stay here again. The pier/boathouse deck had swarms of them. Many soft spots in wood. Its also on the deck attached to house. I was unable to walk on the beach sand by the boat house without them crawling over my feet.

Great, quiet location with dock access

Our family enjoyed this location and home. It was ideal for our pet with a large yard and nice to have our two boats at the dock for the week. House was clean, beds were comfortable, and plenty of games to play in the garage. Both decks, including table & chairs, could use a good power washing; the bath/shower faucets in the master bath could use updating; many nails on the dock boards were sticking up and need some attention. It may just be the time of the year, but all our vehicles were sap covered when we left because of the trees. Overall, a very enjoyable vacation! Thank you!

The property delivered on the view and the A/C. For the most part it qas clean on the surface, but it is an old proprty and needs updating and better cleaning. Cobwebs everywhere. The outside of the house needs to be power washed, especially the gutters and the back deck with moldy furniture. The couch was the worse -poopy wet dog smell. After two days of trying to get someone to do something, Vacasa sent two very apologetic people over to strip and clean the covers at 5pm Tuesday night. They returned them around 10pm with the understanding that the couch cushions were still stinky, but there was little they could do. The lake was too hot to swim in. Otherwise it was fine.

Great early spring kayaking

We chose this property for the second week of March because it is on the warm side and we planned to kayak. The house was as described. The two large bedrooms each had king size SleepNumber beds. The kitchen was well stocked with pots and pans. The living room has a large TV with a firstick. On the deck is a propane fire table. Everything worked. There is a bird feeder, which we bought bird food for, and it was wonderful sitting on the deck, watching such a large variety of birds flying in and out as we also watched the water. The house sits in a small cove which is better than being right on the main waterway. The sand beach made getting in and out of the kayaks easy. It is also centrally located so getting to each of the fingers was not a long paddle. The water was definitely warm enough that had there been a freak tip, it would not be dangerous. The pool table was a fun touch! We were the only kayaks on the water for the entire week. This is surely the best kept secret paddling spot!
