Welcome to Casa Verde, where you can enjoy resort-style living in our newly built, 3,900sf home! Sleeps 10 comfortably in main house. This one of a kind retreat is perfect for a large family with 5 bedrooms and 6 bathrooms in the main house (all bedrooms have en suite private bathrooms) + we do have 1 bedroom and 1 bathroom for additional 2 guests our spacious 600sf Guest House with full kitchen and family room for additional charge $ please request (with Guest house sleeps 12 total)

The dreamy backyard includes a 40 foot swimming pool with grotto under the waterfall, a jump rock, jacuzzi, BBQ, dining table, firepit and putting green.

• Grand entry with extra high ceilings and open concept dining and family room spaces. Great assortment of family classic board games located on our bookshelf.

• 2nd living area/lounge with large balcony located upstairs.

• Incredible chef's kitchen with 2 professional stoves and a large center island for prepping large group meals, fully supplied with everything you could ask for.

• 2 luxury suites include King beds + 3 luxury suites include Queen beds. (5 private bedroom Suites in main house) plus 1 bedroom suite located in Guest house.

• Exercise bike located in the master bedroom for workouts during your stay.

• Powder bathroom centrally located and accessible to the main kitchen and family room.

Everything was taken into account when we designed and custom built this dream home for our family and we would love to share it with you!

* In an effort to prevent fraud, we will require a photo copy of Drivers License or Passport for any adult guests for rental agreement purposes.

** The Spa and heater are available for your use during your stay with us. Please remember to turn off promptly after use so not to have excessive utility charges or there will be surcharge fee. Pool is not heated but can be heated for your stay but there is a $80 (per day) surcharge due high gas prices at this time so please let us know prior to your arrival and we can coordinate for you preset to 82 degrees. (This can not be adjusted higher by guest and if this is done it is against our house rules and your stay can be terminated immediately as well as there will be a daily surcharge penalty to guest to cover host expenses for extreme gas utility bills and fees)

** We have 3 exterior security cameras in the following locations. #1 - Front entry of home with Ring Doorbell. #2 - Driveway of our home located on the left side of the garage. #3 - Backyard of our home located on right side of guest house which does not view pool or jacuzzi but does view guest house slider door and back exterior table through to firepit and monitored by ADT for security purposes only.

Family Vacation

This was an excellent place for our family vacation. We were able to visit relatives in the area and have a beautiful home to relax and enjoy. The pool was a really big bonus for everyone! The owner was exceptional and went above and beyond to make this such a wonderful experience.

Amazing home

The moment you walk in to this beautiful house you know its one of ambience, quality and beauty. Our family of 12 had the best time of our lives. The house was spacious enough for all to enjoy. . Used the pool an spa every day during our stay. Check in and check out was easy and the host was very accommodating.

Oasis in a Manhattan Beach neighborhood

We are a family of three generations that enjoy traveling together. This property in Manhattan Beach was a perfect location in a very quiet neighborhood but with easy access to the beach. The house was large enough and most comfortable for our family and the backyard is sensational. Our family loved the pool and hot tub, putting green and just the whole yard in general. Perfect house for a family vacation

We loved the house and property. We thought it was one of the best houses we ever have rented. We were able to do day trips to Disney, Universal Studios, The Aquarium of the Pacific and see the sights of the Redondo Beach and Hermosa Beach piers. The grandkids (7,9,13) couldn’t wait to get back to the pool each day. The weather was only mid 60’s so we were very glad we paid to heat the pool. The house was stocked with paper products, a good assortment of oils, and spices. We had all the kitchen items we needed. The grill worked great too. The downstairs floor plan is nice and open so was very comfortable for 9 of us if we weren’t enjoying the outside deck, fire pit or pool. It was Perfect in every way.

Family reunion-perfect house!!

My family of 6 stayed in this gorgeous home to meet up with family in the area. It was spacious and well appointed and the perfect launching pad for activities in the South Bay and all of LA. The heated pool and hot tub were awesome! Would definitely stay again! Comfy beds, nice linens and beautiful kitchen!

Amazing!

Loved the house and the location. Stephanie was very helpful and responsive. Would absolutely 100% stay here again. I was there with 6 teenagers/young adults and the pool, hot tub, and karaoke machine were a huge hit. The backyard, pool, hot tub are amazing. Plenty of stores around and beach close by. We came from a weekend in LA to stay close to the beach and this was perfect, just as advertised with plenty of space. Thsnk you Stephanie and Tim!

Beautiful Home

A group of us came to the area from Ohio to attend the Browns game. We could not have asked for a better property to relax and spend a few days. The home has everything you need and the backyard is such a great area to spend the day. We could not have chosen a better home to rent and the property owner was wonderful to work with.

Family & friends celebrate college graduation

Perfect home stocked like your own home. The hot tub and pool were top notch. The karaoke machine was a huge hit. The layout was perfect for some privacy when needed and for gathering as well. The fire pit was welcoming during the cooler nights! Executive style home that exceeded our needs. Wouldn’t hesitate to book again and again!

I cannot even express how wonderful everything was for our trip. Great communication with the host and a well stocked home! The home is so beautiful and there’s tons of space for community. We loved the outdoor space and the pool and hot tub and the outdoor kitchen. So incredibly wonderful!

Top Shelf Accommodations

The property was perfect for us to have all of children and grandchildren meet up during their spring breaks. The pool, jacuzzi and putting green were big hits. The home is spacious and everyone could spread out, yet be together in the large family room without being crowded. Everything we needed was there. We definitely have this home on our short list for our next California family vacation.

Resort style living!

Unbelievable home with hotel style back yard. Outdoor pool, spa, patio, bar, bbq bar was just so amazing. Separate house in the back with bedroom, full kitchen and living room area. The house was architecturally beautiful and designed with style and care. Huge home and very clean. Welcome basket was a much appreciated touch. Would highly recommend and look forward to returning. Perfect for a large extended family!

The best vacation home ever.

No other words are needed to describe the house since it was the best home ever. The home was so clean and big. It also had a nice pool and fire place where everyone can enjoy. My kids didnt want to go out becacuse they had so many things to play at home. I will definitelt go back for anothe vacation.😆😁😄

The inspiration of Casa Verde's architecture (designed by Tim) is a
warm, (Hawaiian inspired) plantation home with a spacious main home of 3900 SF with 5 Bedroom suites that all have private en suite bathrooms * plus a detached Guest House with its own Queen bedroom, Family room and full kitchen. Enjoy our inviting Pool and Jacuzzi backyard retreat. Our main home comfortably sleeps 10 guest all in their own beds. We do have a queen bed + sofa bed in the guest house that will work well for overflow sleeping space as well.
