Welcome to the largest and most luxurious villa at the Terranea Resort in Palos Verdes. This premiere 3-BEDROOM ocean-king PRIVATE VILLA was professionally re-designed in 2018 and features OCEAN & GOLF COURSE VIEWS from its private indoor and outdoor spaces.

This privately-owned luxury villa is located on the 100+ acre oceanfront full-service Terranea Resort, and includes guest access to all of the services and world-class amenities the resort has to offer. Amenities include 24-hour resort front desk and room service, adult and family pools, spa & fitness center, beach access, gorgeous coastal trails, multiple restaurants and dining options, golf course, kids club, shopping, and more.

The villa features 2,800+ private square feet of bright indoor space with high-end furnishings and amenities. There are 3 spacious guest suites, each with ensuite bathrooms - two are located on the ground level, the third suite is upstairs above the courtyard with a private entrance. The villa also features an open floor plan living room and an additional private den room with queen size sofa bed (this private den is exclusive to the Ocean-King unit), along with a formal dining area, laundry room and a fully-equipped chef's kitchen with bar seating and separate breakfast nook. Complete with private outdoor space, the villa includes a central courtyard with couches and outdoor automatic fireplace, patios overlooking the ocean and golf course, a private hot tub, and multiple additional outdoor seating / sunbathing / dining areas. The villa also features a private 2 car garage and driveway.

The villa comfortably sleeps 6-8 guests across 3 bedrooms, all with ensuite baths fully stocked with Terranea towels and amenities. The oversized master bath includes a large soaking tub, vanity, and separate “his and her” sink areas. All 3 bedrooms are equipped with king beds, fresh white linens, comfortable mattresses and luggage storage. There is a queen pull-out sofa bed located in the den.

The villa is cleaned, maintained and serviced by the Terranea Resort, complying with the highest level of care and cleanliness standards.

**Upon check-in, the resort will authorize $500/night incidental deposit hold. An additional $90/night resort fee is charged at check-out for the use of resort amenities. This fee is collected by the resort and is not included in the reservation total**
