Welcome to Chalet On The Green, located atop Devil’s Knob Mountain in Wintergreen, Virginia.

Enjoy our renovated three-bedroom, two-bath condo, designed to host up to eight guests comfortably. Inside, you'll find vaulted ceilings and large windows offering views of the 18th hole of the golf course, enhancing the condo’s airy and welcoming atmosphere.

At Chalet On The Green, we prioritize your access to outdoor activities. Experience skiing on slopes designed for various skill levels, or explore the mountain's hiking trails for a closer look at the natural beauty of the area.

Take advantage of the opportunity to connect with nature. Spend your days enjoying the deck, having a glass of wine under the stars, or hiking through the scenic mountains. Chalet On The Green is designed to offer both relaxation and adventure.

Although the condo is located within the Wintergreen Resort community, a country club membership is required to access the spa, gym, indoor pool, Devil’s Knob golf course, and tennis/racquet club.

Please note: The condo is located on the third floor, accessible by two flights of stairs.

Great stay

We had a great stay here!! Erik and Alisa were super helpful. We had plenty of room for our whole family, everything we needed, and were close to everything. Would stay here again.

Great ski weekend!

We had a great stay at Erik and Lia’s condo! Wintergreen was covered in snow so the view outside the family room window was spectacular! I can imagine it would be pretty of the golf course when the snow is gone too. Everything was true to the listing, clean, well stocked kitchens and bathrooms. The hosts were easy to communicate with and helpful. We would definitely return if we ever go back!

Mountain Perfection

Outstanding mountain condo. Very updated and exceptionally clean. Our view of autumn leaves made it even better. We are already looking at the calendar for a return trip next fall. Owners are very responsive and caring.

What a nightmare!!!!

We were three women in their eighties, one witha a walker, one with a bad hip and all three very weak. The 4th person was in their fifties. When we found there were 46 steps in and out on arrival we asked the management firm to move us elsewhere, of course they would not. We were in a state of complete exhaustion doing the steps. The woman in her fifties had to carry everything in and out. She was not a happy camper and I do not blame her. With only one television we were stuck either watching what one person wanted or not watching anything at all. In a nutshell we were literally stuck in the place doing nothing till time to go home. Had we the energy we would have left the next day. The condition of the condo clean up was left once again to the woman in her 50's and she did not do a paritcularly good job. The rest of us tried to help as best we could. The oven was left on. She did all the cooking so we were unaware of this. I spent my money on this trip as a treat to the others and it was no treat. We all wished we had never gone. Now I am being billed an addtional amount for more clean up. I feel if the owner had been clear about the approach tothe condo we would never have booked it. He needs to take some responsibility for a trip that was made miserable for us. Personally I thank God we all got out of there without an accident. The condo is quite attractive and if you don't mind lots of steps and only one tv it is fine.

Great Mothers Day getaway!

Mother, daughter, and two granddaughters fun trip. This property worked very well for us. Was clean, cozy and comfortable. Loved being in the mountains of Virginia. There were a lot of stairs for grandma, so granddaughters carried the luggage and all was good. Would definitely recommend this place.

Great location, not too far from the ski resort and restaurants. Home was clean, cozy and comfortable. My family and I enjoyed our stay. Highly recommended!

Girlfriend Getaway

My 2 best friends and I enjoyed an awesome weekend here at this lovely condo overlooking the golf course. Beautifully decorated, wonderfully equipped and cozy. We enjoyed exploring the countryside and visiting the many local vineyards and breweries and just relaxing in the condo! Hosts were very attentive and responsive!

Comfortable and Cozy

This property was in a great location. The Market is a 4 minute drive and the breakfast sandwiches are so good you’ll want two! Anyone with children or older guests should know there are a few stairs to get up and down so keep that in mind when packing. The beds were comfortable and the bathrooms were spotless. I loved having a real fireplace and large windows to look out on the beautiful scenery. The kitchen isn’t really equipped or set up for a lot of cooking but it had everything we needed for 3 nights.

A wonderful retreat from the golf course!

We had a wonderful trip to the Wintergreen Resort. The décor of the chalet was up to date and welcoming! The owners were also so helpful before and during our stay.

Nice place for our ski weekend

We enjoyed the condo. It had a nice view of the golf course / mountains and was well stocked and very clean. Only complain was the code didn’t work when we got to the condo but the owner was extremely helpful and offered to pay for our meal while we waited for someone to let us in. Very close to the resort / market so convenient location.
