Profitez d'une escapade printemps / été dans notre charmant condo de trois chambres! Profitez de vues à couper le souffle! Passez une journée à vous détendre au spa, (une promenade à travers la rue) en profitant de la journée à la piscine intérieure ou extérieure, en jouant une partie de golf sur notre parcours de golf Devils Knob, un match de tennis compétitif (toute l'année) ou en faisant de la randonnée les nombreux sentiers. Accès gratuit au Nature Center avec l'adhésion des propriétaires de condos. Ou vous pouvez simplement profiter de ce charmant condo. Prenez votre café du matin tout en regardant le plus beau lever de soleil que vous puissiez imaginer! Apportez votre appareil photo! Il s'agit d'un 3 chambres avec un maître au niveau principal avec un lit king et une chambre principale en mezzanine (queen). La troisième chambre a également un lit Queen avec une baignoire couloir. Asseyez-vous près du foyer au bois pendant que vous profitez de belles vues sur la montagne.

Best sunrise ever!!!

We went for a few days over New Year’s and had such an incredible time. The deck faced the slopes and we could watch skiers all day long. The sunrise was the most beautiful thing ever. The communication was excellent and the place had everything. Highly recommend for families.

Beautiful Sunrise

Do not miss sunrise when you stay here! It is the most beautiful sunrise I have seen in my almost 60 years of life. The property was clean, everything in working order and the kitchen was well furnished. The property perfectly suited our group of 6 adults with 3 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms. There is a restaurant/bakery across the street with limited hours.

Beautiful views and great location!

Stayed here with my family for New Years and it was amazing! The host was very quick to respond to any questions and check in was easy. The views are BEAUTIFUL! Probably some of the best on the mountain. You’re also very close to everything at the resort, just a quick drive to skiing or restaurants (there is a bakery/pizza place right across the street too). You’re also fairly close to other wineries and breweries in the area too. Would 1000% stay again!

We found the kitchen to be stocked with any type pan, dish or appliance that you might need The condo was very clean and rooms were well decorated. I would stay here again and recommend to friends and family.

We enjoyed our stay! The views were unbelievable and the condo was great. Thank you for opening your home to us. The condo had everything we needed and more. Best views around. My kids loved sitting on the deck as the clouds rolled right by us.

Great condo, close to the resort and beautiful view. Very roomy for 3 couples.The only issue was no slip resistant mat in the shower which was a little hazardous.

Best Family Thanksgiving weekend!

This Wintergreen condo was perfect for my family to meet up for the Thanksgiving holiday. The layout was very nice, the view is spectacular, the proximity to everything you might want is excellent, and the manager, Kim, was so very helpful. Outstanding view.

So cozy and warm. The view blew my mind. Cooked an entire Thanksgiving dinner for two. Loved the crackling fire. Can't say enough. Well Saturday morning we woke up and there was no sound on the TV in the living room. We survived watching the sunrise.

Very nice place and great location!!

First let me say that Kim was extremely responsive. The condo is very nice; not a brand new condo but still very nice. It is fully furnished with dishes, towels and anything else you would need. The kitchen is small but fully furnished. The view over the slopes was beautiful. We had an issue with one of the toilets but Kim called to have it fixed. The Condo is right across from the spa, gym, hot tub and pool. There was plenty of fire wood for a fire. We really enjoyed our stay. The only reason I didn’t give it a 5 is because it is a little dated and there are a few things that need to be repaired; I wish I could give it a 4.5.

Cozy but not so clean

We were traveling from Virginia Beach to Wintergreen which is about a 4 hour drive. We had asked to check in early because we would be coming from some distance. Kim replied quickly and kindly to let us know that the condo would not be ready until check in because it needed to be cleaned. We understood and checked in at 4pm. Upon our arrival we were excited to see that we had an amazing view, right off the black diamond slope, but the view was through very dirty windows. The windows were so dirty that you could write in the filth and clearly read it. Throughout our stay we noticed several things that were not quite right. I will start with the kitchen. The coffee pot was broken and did not have a lid which caused the coffee to overflow and make a huge mess. The salt and pepper shakers were empty, there was dirt in the utensil organizer, there were NO trash bags so we had to go buy some, there were maybe 5 paper towels left and only 2 extra rolls of toilet paper. Thank goodness we brought some of those things with us. With 6 adults what we were left with was not going to last for the weekend. Moving on to the bedrooms; in one bedroom there was blood on the comforter and a pair of child's underwear on the bedroom lamp shade. There was a fair amount of dust and trash under the loft bed as well as a huge spider web that must have been there for a year, in the loft bedroom window. When I contacted Kim about the issues she was very quick to apologize and make the situation right, she did refund the cleaning fee. However, I decided to look at Kim's Facebook and was appalled at the negative comments she made about the guests that rent this condo or other listing she manages. I notified her and told her it was unprofessional and she should have her Facebook private, which she has made now. Kim is also the owner of Sillas Cleaning Company, which surprised me due to the lack of cleanliness in the condo. Kim made comments about how some renters claim to be government employees but can't figure out how to use a lock box or follow simple instructions. I was offended because I work for the state, my husband works for the county, my brother for the government and many of my other family members work for the government as well. I would never have rented this condo if I saw her Facebook and knew how she felt about her renters. We definitely will be coming back again! The view and the pictures do not do it justice! We had a relaxing stay, and even though we wanted to sleep in, we could not because the sunrise was so worth getting up for!!!

Very Nice Property, Great View, with a Few Drawbacks

This condo has a great view with three nicely appointed bedrooms, baths okay. Kitchen has decent appliances, dishware. However, it is quite a hike from the parking lot for an older couple, about two stories down, across a walkway and then up another half story, perhaps common for the Ledges. The tech was wanting, the living room TV has basic cable with a DVD/VHS player and some tapes and DVDs, no streaming player. I brought an HDMI cable and connected my laptop to watch movies on a day we were rained in, but the basic wifi connection kept buffering. So three suggestions that would cost only a couple hundred $: better bath towels, a Roku box in the LR, and at least of couple of spices in the kitchen, which we have . We found every kind of liquor glass imaginable, and salt and pepper.
