Looking for a large family vacation home in Santa Rosa Beach? Look no further than 110 Golf Club Drive, a magnificent home near the west end of 30A! Featuring a beautiful house, golf cart, and a private pool, you just found the perfect family retreat!

110 Golf Club Drive is stunning, with five bedrooms and four and a half baths accommodating up to eighteen. Designed with large families in mind, it’s an ideal place to unwind, offering plenty of privacy. Situated on almost half an acre on 30A’s west end, you’ll find plenty of room to spread out and enjoy the beautiful setting surrounded by nature.

The house is beautifully furnished and fully appointed showcasing expansive rooms with plenty of sunlight. A generous open-concept living/dining space welcomes you upon entrance while sliding glass doors lead to a private pool. Whip up a frozen concoction in the expansive kitchen, then take a dip and relax in the secluded backyard while soaking up the sun. A sitting room and bonus room on the first floor are lovely spots for reading a book or enjoying casual conversation, while the master suite features a spacious bathroom and private access to the pool. A second master suite and guest suite can be found on the second floor, both offering peaceful views of the pool below from a shared balcony. The kids will love having their own private space in the bunk rooms, and a full-sized washer and dryer make cleanups a breeze.

Given you’ll have everything you need, you may not want to ever leave, but we’d encourage you to venture out. Hit the beach, which is only 2 minutes away via golf cart, try a new restaurant, and explore the nearby communities of 30A. Rent bikes and head east to Blue Mountain Beach and Seaside for an afternoon of shopping. Refuel at Stinky’s Fish Camp, The Perfect Pig, or Shunk Gulley, all featuring delicious coastal cuisine!

Please note, the carriage house is not available for guest use.

Pets must be under 75 lbs, and the non-refundable pet fee is an additional $300 fee.

Parties, events, bachelor and bachelorette parties are strictly prohibited, and an adult chaperone must accompany guests under 25 throughout their stay. Smoking is strictly forbidden. Guests found in violation are subject to eviction with no refund.

Great home with great location!

The house was perfect for our group of 16! Everyone had plenty of room. The golf cart was handy for the beach trip and the pool was a great place for a break from the beach.

Beautiful and spacious

We had multi generations staying together for a family wedding. This was the perfect place! Location was convenient and plenty of space for everyone!

Pro: Plenty of space in the home. Con: Roaches in the house, plumbing issues, no hot water in upstairs bathroom (poor contractor work that was not addressed in timely manner), home not cleaned well when we arrived.

Vacation 24

Overall the house was great and we enjoyed our stay but there is a couple things that should be fixed. The refrigerator in the carriage house does not work very good and the golf cart needs to have a lift installed or smaller tires. The golf cart tires rub on the frame when you make a turn which has made it out of balance so we didn’t use the cart much. The house is very spacious and the fenced yard was great for our dog.

The photos were deceiving. Rooms inside main house not clean. Ceiling fans dusty. Pest control needed inside. No window curtain in the bathroom window on second floor master. Loose step going up the stairs to the garage house. Pool was dirty. Lots of frogs and leaves. Loose bamboo stick at the kitchen bar. Air vent cover missing near stairs going up.

Big place, mixed feelings

The property is big for groups. We had five family’s with kids ranging from 6-12. We felt that the price was overly high for the quality of the home. It looked like a blind handyman had done the finish work in the house. The upstairs shower had no hot water. The refrigerator in the garage suite isn’t working properly. We had to share space in the garage with construction materials. There’s not nearly enough towels in the house. The propane tank in the grill was empty, we exchanged it, you’re welcome next renter. The only redeeming quality for the kids was we had a pool.

Great Location, Large House with plenty of space! Needs Upgrades!!!

Great Location and the Home has plenty of space! Enjoyed our stay but the home definitely needs some handyman work. For the cost of the rental, these things should have been addressed prior to anyone renting, IMO. Disappointed in the cost we paid vs. condition. Our goal wasn’t cheap, it was to have a nice rental and a fair price. -Refrigerator doors don’t close well and door light on the panel stays on -MBA Glass shower door handle loose -MBA sink drains slow -MBA toilet flush keeps popping off -MBA Shower light bulbs out -Up bathroom hot water handle doesn’t work. Have to jiggle back and forth for hot water. -Up bathroom shower to tub spout handle is stripped out. Can’t easily select water outlet -Up bathroom rusty shower hooks and dirty curtain -Up MBR bathroom door scrubs on tile -Broken/loose dining chair leg -Door/bath mats throughout house are dirty/grimy. We set aside because nobody wants to step on them -Golf cart seat belts don’t work properly -Golf cart bar at front seats, the bolts poke you in the back -Golf cart brakes are dangerous, very hard to stop! -Pool chairs broken/screws falling out -Pool slide loose not mounted securely -Pool coping and patio broken in several areas -Floors and carpets weren’t clean- Vacuumed or mopped -Up hall bedroom lights don’t work Seems like alot of complaints, but unfortunately I wouldn’t rent again foreknowing the price vs. condition.

Great spot and property for large group

Our stay was absolutely wonderful and provided the ideal setting for our family and friends. We couldn't get enough of the area - it truly stole our hearts. While the beach was a bit of a walk away, the convenience of the golf cart made it a breeze. In addition, we snagged some VERY REASONABLY priced bikes from funpugbikerentals.com to ensure everyone could enjoy the beach together, especially since the cart only accommodates six. The main house exceeded our expectations, leaving everyone impressed, and the pool was a hit despite the chilly weather (a note: it's NOT heated and quite deep, but that didn't dampen our spirits, even in March). We even had a blast playing ladderball ( we brought) on the small grassy area - perfect for some outdoor fun. We were initially concerned about potential noise complaints with our group size, but thankfully, the house proved to be very soundproof - no issues there. Any concerns we did encounter were promptly addressed by management, although reaching them by phone could be a bit challenging at times. Additionally, the response time from the texting and portal services wasn't always immediate. Be sure to bring toilet paper, paper towels, hand soaps, beach towels and even the most basic of kitchen items, like salt and pepper, aluminum foils, ziplocs etc. Also, bring coffee filters (basket kind) - a big bummer when you go to make coffee in morning whithout them. Find out where key to golf cart is prior to arrival.
