Condo unit 200 is a second-floor condo featuring 1 bedroom and 1 bathroom. It does not have a beach view but does overlook the outdoor heated pool. The warm luxury vinyl flooring welcomes you right away. You’ll find the unit is nicely laid out and perfect for a couple’s retreat. But if you have a kid or two, then there is a sofa sleeper you can use in the living area. This quaint but warm condo is perfect for the couple who is looking for an affordable getaway with a bit more room and a lot more privacy than a traditional hotel room.

Property was lakefront and near Front Street and M-72 , make it easy to get to shopping, concert venue. Property manager contacted me when the space was ready allowing for an early check-in.

Overnight in Traverse Coty

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Property was good, but on busy street so from our room you can hear the traffic. The property is right on the beach a plus they provide chairs on beach, an eating area patio, and there is a pool. We would stay again, just in a different room.

The floor is very dirty. It’s right on the main road through Traverse City so it was very hard to get to sleep because of the traffic noise. And the bedroom having 2 inch blinds and the outside, light coming through and lighting up the bedroom at night.

While the unit you reserved is considered a value-focused unit, offering a better rate for simple amenities and not a beachfront location, I do appreciate your help in making us do better at cleaning the floor and addressing the ability to blackout the windows better for a more comfortable sleep. Everything was fine, however the bathroom was a bit dirty, the door had dirty handprints on it and the ceiling had visible dust.

Location was great. Our room was literally in the laundry room area. Had we known we wouldn’t have booked here. Very small. Pool hours needed at 8, which I feel is too early. I felt overall it was over priced for what we got. Probably wouldn’t stay here again.

Thank you for the feedback. Sorry we didn't meet your expectations. 200 is a smaller unit, and rate wise, the most affordable, well below average rate for on water property. The pool is open during our lobby hours for safety and security reasons. If you do decide to give us another chance, I would love to work with you on a discounted rate for an on water unit. Our pool hours do extend to 9pm from Mid June - October Jamie GM

First Lake Trip

We had a wonderful time and this was the perfect little place to stay. It was very clean and the beach was wonderful. The staff was very friendly and helpful. We definitely plan to come back!

Quick weekend trip

Great location for our stay for a skating competition. Close to rink. Nice to have some more space then a regular hotel room. Beach is beautiful

Perfect weekend away

The staff was amazing. Property was clean, however i would have liked a broom or vacuum for all the sand. Could use some updates in the room specifically, but it was very clean and a wonderful stay. Would go back again!

Clean and Convenient

The hotel was conveniently located on the highway. It was clean and simple to check in. The road nearby was noisy in the morning. Other than that it was a great place to stay while visiting on business.
