Condo was very clean and well taken care off. Everything you need was available or provided by the super friendly staff on site. Easy access to pool and beach! We had fun and enjoyed our stay.

great clean get away

we had a great stay here. we cooked dinner using the provided kitchen and everything was very clean! the bed was nice as well! the only issue is this room is lacking a view but we were able to walk the 10 steps to the beach and see a great sunset!

Small but clean and comfortable. Showing some signs of aging and very small bedroom but a very comfortable bed! Thankful for the luggage rack that could be put in the hallway as no room in the bedroom. Plenty of towels but had to use a washcloth and hand towel for dishes which wasn’t a big deal. Would stay again.

The place was perfect for my daughter and I to stay for a long weekend softball tournament. Close to the fields and downtown but far enough to get away from the busy when wanted. The place was very clean and well kept.

Enjoyed our stay. Manager and employees were super friendly. Only complaint is that the room/sheets etc... isn't feel overly clean. Probably just us. They were great.

We work hard to keep the units clean, unfortunately on that unit along with 400 the windows don't get the attention they need on the outside very often as they are tricky to get to. We are working on a better solution to this problem. We hope to see you here again.

The place was as advertised, but no direct lake view like the photos show. Also, the place was very dirty. There was sand all over the floor that we could feel while walking. I wiped the floor with a paper towel and it was very dirty. It appeared as if nobody cleaned the property prior to our arrival. Due to this will not return back.

The staff went above and beyond for all of us as we were there for a celebration of life, 19 of us with multiple rooms! Our room was nice, clean and comfortable, including the bed! Our only complaint is the road noice! If you are a light sleeper you may be kept up. It is not as bad in the bedroom but the pullout is very noisy.

Decent location very outdated everything inside

We were surprised how small actually the condo was. Everything looks like it could have been replaced 5-7 years ago. The smallest TV in the world in the bed. The floors we’re dirty. Not as kid friendly as we would have liked. I caught a complaint at 8:10 the kids walked to loud down the stairs and they would not anyone to have a issue! I may be leaving to high of a review of a 4 star.

We appreciate the feedback. We took over as a property management company this past spring. We are working on ownership to update many of the units. We are sorry about the dirty carpet issues and do have a service order in place to have those cleaned. The TV has been suggested to be changed out as well. Appreciate the honest feedback and please understand we are on a mission to make things perfect for our guests.
