Condo unit 400 is a fourth-floor penthouse condo featuring 1 bedroom and 1 bathroom. It does not have a beach view but does overlook the outdoor heated pool. From the 3rd floor, you climb a flight of stairs to find this spacious and private condo that provides plenty of unique and fun space (including some sky lights!).

Very nice and clean. The beach and pool were beautiful, we regretted our stay was too short to enjoy them! I would definitely stay here again if I'm ever back in the area!

TC Beach Getaway

Beautiful property and quaint & cozy condo. We loved our stay and enjoyed the beautiful beach and pool area. Location was great and the condo was very comfortable and cozy. Would definitely book again.

Great stay!

It was a great condo to stay in. We went up for the Red Wings training camp, but didn’t end up going to the games because we were sick. It was a comfortable stay, with so many things near it. The party store a crossed the street had so many different steak options which was delicious!

Great little gem

We were so happy to find a one night option in TC! This condo was a perfect fit for my husband and I. The beachfront option and pool were added bonuses. The condo was exactly as pictured. We found it roomier than anticipated. We wouldn’t hesitate to return.

It’s a little older.. and a bit tight for 4 adults

It was fine for us for one night bc we came after dinner and left the next morning at 10. We have 4 adults in our family. It was comfortable but an older unit for sure. Good location Probably would want something bigger next time. Good for a couple who doesn’t mind tight quarters

Over all this is an amazing place and I will for sure be back and highly recommend it to anyone whose looking for relaxation and a beautiful place to stay. Thank you for being so kind to me and my friends from Scotland who was traveling with me. We loves everything about your property and was sad to have to leave. Thank you

Does not have a lake view, but does overlook the swimming pool. Cool skylights too! Only suggestion is both beds need new mattresses.

Reviewer Comments: We have stayed at North Shore Inn several times over the years and have been so impressed with some of the upgrades and renovations that have been made. The condos are always perfectly clean and the staff is so helpful and friendly. The QR code to tip the staff was a great idea. We knew this unit didn’t have a balcony when we reserved it last minute (we love the balconies at north shore) but it was still perfect for our long weekend. The beach is always kept neat and clean as well. Thanks for a great stay as always!

Short stay

We were just in town for a memorial service. 3 of us were in u it 400 which is like an attic unit, so the kitchen is really tiny and some space was lost to slanted ceilings in places. This unit definitely needs some upgrades to the kitchen, registers, and flooring. There were places the flooring was uneven and because of this the bathroom door wouldn’t shut all the way. That being said, the room felt pretty clean, the linens were clean and fresh. Both the bed and the pullout were comfortable. The location was perfect, and Katie at the check in desk was so kind accommodating when asking for an early check in so we could get ready for the memorial service we were attending. Would definitely stay here again, but if they don’t charge less for this unit, they should since some things need fixing/updating.

Thank you for taking the time to review unit 400. The owner of that unit plans to do some updates after the busy summer season. Not much we can do with the space or ceilings, however, there can be some updating and should be in the short future. Katie is a great front desk attendant and works very hard to make our guests happy
