Here are some things to consider before renting.
#1 No parties are permitted in our Condo or on our property at any time during your stay.
#2 Our Condo is nice but its not perfect for all people, even though we have put lots of effort into this place there are always small what seem like trivial issues to most that really upset others such as, there is no dishwasher, This is a Condo so at times there will be neighbor noise.
#3 We ask all our guests to respect the neighbors and to not be loud or yell or play loud music inside and outside the building at all times during their stay. We expect our Guests to be quiet after 11:00 PM. So if you intend to behave like a party animal, our place is not for you but if you intend to behave like a resident, you should love your stay.
#4 We have a Smart TV with NO cable, we have a Antenna which provides 18 channels like ABC NBC CBS etc all in 4K, we also provide a Netflix subscription with endless viewing options.

The 4th Overlook is located in Interlochen right off US 31, the center point of activities in the Grand Traverse region.

The 4th Overlook features a kitchen that is fully equipped with all the essentials such as microwave,pots & pans, coffee maker, Coffee, Creamer, Sugar, toaster, blender,slow cooker and your basic kitchen items to cook a nice meal.

This is a 1 bedroom unit with a queen size bed the living room has a queen size sleeper sofa & all the linens you will need. 55” HD TV, 100+MBPS WIFI . The bathroom has a full size tub/shower,hair dryer. iron/ board and a washer & dryer to take care of your laundry needs.

Because of the close proximity to The Interlochen Center for the Arts just maybe you could catch a amazing concert while in our area. In the event you are not aware of the Academy, we highly recommend you do a search,

This is by far one of the best VRBOs we have stayed in . The location is beautiful. Kitchen is well stocked, even has coffee and creamer. The Rooms are very clean, love the art in all the rooms . We have stayed here twice and will definitely be back .

Very peaceful, the hot tub is great & the bed was very comfortable. We had some issues with cleanliness so the cleaner came to re clean some areas, overall it could have been cleaned more thoroughly, but we enjoyed our stay & appreciated the fully stocked kitchen & Jeff’s willingness to have the cleaner come back.

Great place

This is a great property. The place was clean and had everything we needed for our short stay. There were nice restaurants and grocery store nearby. Jeff was a great host who communicated all check in and check out instructions and checked to make sure we got in ok.

Great location for Interlochen

Check-in was easy, the property was very clean and neat. The views were lovely with a lake in the back of the property. We went to a concert at Interlochen and didn’t realize how close we were to the campus so this is a perfect place to stay. Also there was a great restaurant nearby so it was very convenient. I wouldn’t hesitate to book this property again!!

Sweet, comfy and clean

This place was perfect for us when we had a wedding at the blue bride for our family. The bed and couch very comfy. Everyhting you could think of was stocked and the washer dryer was a plus. Great water pressure and awesome views. Baby swans in the lake out back and a covered patio was wonderful. Jeff was a great help.

I grew up in the Grand Traverse area, in fact my family moved to the area in 1856! I am currently self employed and run this short term rental business. As far as hobbies go I am into boating, snowmobiling and cars! Also I tend to like the arts as you can tell by the designs of the places. As far as places I like to travel to I tend to sway to the West just love it out there.

This is a really cool property in a special place, seems to be located right in the middle of 2 largest of the largest attractions in Michigan, Traverse City and the Sleeping Bear Dunes. Also Interlochen Center for the Arts is just 3 miles away! Located on Tuller's Lake a private lake.
