Bright art filled home close to Cornell University

House is art filled and full of character. It is located just below Cornell University in the family oriented Fall Creek neighborhood close to downtown, Ithaca Farmers Market, and coffee shops. It is a quiet and safe area of town within a few steps of Ithaca Falls. All the bedrooms, living room, and kitchen have ceiling fans. The bathroom was recently remodeled. The kitchen is well appointed with all the necessary tools for cooking and entertaining. The dining room seats eight people. Our private fenced-in backyard lends itself to intimate gatherings. A driveway can hold two cars. There is also plenty of street parking available right in front of the house. Electric bikes are available throughout the neighborhood.
