We're right around the corner from Myers Park where you can spend your day on the water swimming or sailing. Sitting on nearly an acre, the house is very quiet and scenic. Beautiful calming views from the backyard deck.

Or stay inside and enjoy a nice relaxing night by the fire as you watch a movie. Turn dinner time into a bonding time—our open-layout kitchen is stocked with essentials to whip up a fantastic meal any time of the day.

There are two units stacked on one another. They are completely separated from one another. Each has their own entrance.

The place was just as described. Well appointed, super cute decor. Only 10 minutes to Ithaca area which was convenient. And there’s even a place or two to eat within a mile from the property. Would stay again!

Race weekend stay

Some friends and myself stayed here for a weekend for the Cayuga 50 mile trail race. Beds were comfy, close to trails, close to DT/restaurants, and more. Very very responsive owners too for any questions.

Quaint stay near Ithaca

This is a nice little stay! Very nice space with lots of amenities and a nice porch in addition to the shared backyard space. The property managers were very helpful with a couple of minor things that came up and also left flowers for our graduating family member.

I enjoyed my visit to the Finger Lakes region. The house was clean, well appointed and charming. The mattress in the master bedroom was especially comfortable. The setting is lovely with lots of outdoor green space. The roadside windows provided views of a beautiful pasture, which attracted numerous deer.

Quick drive to Cornell. Easy to find. Spacious. Ample parking. Gracious and responsive hosts. Clean. Really good drinking water. Beds are extra firm. This is a great deal. Whimsical decor.

Relaxing Family Weekend

Parents weekend at Cornell was the reason for our stay. We’re already planning our next weekend here. It was cozy, comfortable, clean, and so relaxing. Check in and check out was extremely easy. The hosts are friendly and helpful.

The perfect house to stay at Ithaca!

Beautiful house ,it was a pleasant stay, very clean with all the amenities a big or small family would need, the host Eric & Justin were very attentive and 100% with communication to answer any questions or suggestions, hope to be back and definitely will stay again.

Not on a Lake

We thought property was on A lake when actually a lake is a drive away. Plus someone renting downstairs with a dog was not what we expected. Also this property is right on a busy road so front 2 bedrooms besides master suite hear traffic all night. I think the place it’s self is clean with all amenities and it’s driveable to get places 200 dollars a night would be better but not 500 which is what we paid for this property. Property managers answer all questions and are good at responding. Just being honest. Shabby chic decorating was nice!

Quiet, stylish retreat minutes from Downtown Ithaca

Mid-century meets modern in a cute, quiet retreat only minutes by car to downtown Ithaca. My friends and I booked it to have quiet time before hiking the gorges and touring Cornell University. Great location if you want quiet but proximity to parks and wineries.

Perfect all around!

We had a great stay! Our family of five was completely comfortable in the house and had more than enough space to sprawl out and enjoy our stay. The house was super cute with the great decor, a little modern and a little retro. Beds were incredibly comfy and the bathrooms were updated and bright (great for applying make-up)! Hosts were courteous and attentive. Enthusiastic 5 stars all around!

Great stay in Lansing!

We stayed in the upstairs apartment for our girls weekend. It was beautifully decorated, clean and very comfortable. The covered deck was a nice place for coffee in the morning and conversation in the evening. The kitchen and bathrooms were well stocked, the hosts have thought of everything. Also when we reached out to the hosts for a couple things they were very responsive. Overall a great stay !!!

Cozy stay with friends

The place looks just as nice as the pictures. The house was super clean. The beds were super comfy. The outdoor fire pit and deck are great to enjoy with friends. The records to play were a cozy touch to enjoy with friend. The kitchen has everything you need. Perry for a long weekend stay. Eric is awesome he was super quick to respond when we had a hiccup with check in. I also forgot something at the house and they were right away able to find my stuff. Me and all my friends would stay here again.

Quick weekend trip

Eric and Justin were awesome hosts! We especially appreciated their quick and informative emails and reminders since our trip was sandwiched into a very busy few days of traveling. Having their immediate input meant easy in and easy out. Beds were extremely comfortable and everything worked well and easily accessible. Thank you!!

Ridge Retreat #1

The house suited our needs and check-in/out was easy. Location was close to Cornell University which was our reason for visiting. The furnishings and decor are modern and stylish. The sheets smelled really nice. Only a couple of small things that you can't tell from the online listing - the house is very close to the main road and it's an old house so the windows are original which means you can hear the traffic at night. I did notice there are sound machines in the two front bedrooms however I didn't discover this until we were leaving. I'd suggest putting a label on the sound machines so people know what they're for. I also couldn't tell if any of the outlets in the bedrooms were working to charge my phone at night.

Good

It was good overall. The cleaning was just ok. Bugs in the tub but that’s not a huge deal. The property is cute. Management was easy to communicate with and nice. We were all comfortable in the house. There were some neighbors that showed up in the additional rental in the house and they were very loud but it was only one night so we just dealt with it.

We're two childhood friends who had the crazy idea of buying a lakehouse together. I'm Eric, I am who you will primarily be communicating with. My partner Justin is also available. Together, we make up PapiBNB.

This house is years in the making. We've always dreamed about having an escape away from the East Coast pace where we could just relax and unwind, even for a long weekend. After years of planning, we were finally able to do it.

We agonized about every detail of this home to make it feel like a home away from home for us. A place we would want to personally stay. No detail too small. If you saw what this home looked like before we bought it, you wouldn't believe it. Now a days, we just hope it's a stay you will never forget.

Newly renovated home designed with you in mind. We designed every corner of this home to fit the needs of our guests. And we're constantly improving.

Open spaces and a fun communal outside area make this a great place to stay. We are close to the lake and downtown Ithaca. Unit 1 is truly a special apartment.
