Layover in Las Vegas

A group of 6 friend stopped for 2 nights on our way home. The property was very clean and comfortable and appeared to be well appointed. Location was great - easy walking distance to the premium outlets and Deuce bus stop for access to the strip. We'd definitely stay again!

Lovely little home

We had 5 adults in our group and this place fit us all perfectly right down to relaxing in the evening. Everything was great I gave 4 stars for cleanliness that’s only because I’m such a clean freak so please don’t take that personally

Home Away From Home!

My husband and I stayed at the property with our 3 parrots, and it was exceptional - easy to access, close to the strip, loved that it was safe and in a gated community, amazingly clean, spacious yet cozy, smelled fresh, and overall a very comfortable and warm/welcoming vibe. The host had everything we needed. Absolutely loved everything about this home. We are definitely coming back!!

Nice 3 bedroom option close to the Vegas Strip

A great home base for our family of 5’s stay in Vegas for a couple of days. Clean, nice bedrooms and 10-20 minutes to all the places we wanted to visit.

Very Comfortable

We really enjoyed our stay in this very comfortable home. It was much more relaxing than staying at the casinos, while being close enough to the action with a short Uber ride.

Nice family gathering space

Great spot for long weekend family gathering. Easy to get to the Strip or the stadium for entertainment but otherwise quiet. Great tv and sofa for watching football. Be aware, table only seats 4 so this created a small issue for meals. Host was very responsive to our questions. FWI coffee lovers - cone filter and Ninja drip coffee maker.

Close to the strip, spotless house and excellent customer service from owner.

My husband and I took our 2 frenchies to Vegas to visit my in laws for Christmas. This house was exactly what we needed. Less than 15 minutes from the strip, immaculately cleaned and all tile or lvt which is great for the dogs. My dogs are kennel trained and well travelled, but when we take them somewhere that has a carpet it’s a nightmare because they can smell every dog that has been there. I had to message the owner a couple of times with questions and he answered quickly. Would recommend

Nice House, Quiet Neighborhood

The property was clean, warm and inviting. The host was accommodating and quick to respond. The only issue we had was that the back yard was not pet friendly- There were these weeds with needles on them scattered around in the rocks. So I went to Walmart and got some gloves and pulled them so that my dog could walk around outside. Luckily, they came out pretty easily. If you aren't traveling with pets, or don't plan on spending any time in the back yard, then this would not be an issue.

Large house in a good location

This house worked great for our Christmas trip to Vegas. The location was perfect, the house was large with 3 nice bedrooms and 2 bathrooms up stairs and a powder room down. The TV room was big enough for our family to gather for a movie. The TV was huge and had streaming channels available. There was a nice electric fireplace and an Alexia with an added great speaker for music. The table was large enough for up to 8 people to sit for meals. We were able to park inside the garage which was a plus so that our guest could park in the driveway. We would have given this house 5 stars on the overall rating but in our opinion there are 2 things that need attention. The kitchen was poorly stocked for cooking. We had to buy a casserole type pan and borrow many items from our local family to prepare meals. The back yard is fenced for dogs but there are bushes with stickers that caught on our dogs as they came into the house and we would step on them in our stocking feet. If those 2 things were addressed this would be a perfect house and we would highly recommend it.
