Welcome to our 3 BR, 2 BA pet friendly home with 4 Beds and sofa sleeper. Enjoy your memorable Vegas vacation in our fully equipped home with an open concept entertaining space and take a dip in our sparkling private HEATED (additional fee) swimming pool

Conveniently located 7 minutes away from airport, and 20 minutes to Downtown Las Vegas Fremont Street and world famous Las Vegas Strip!

*POOL HEATING*
Pool Can be heated for a fee. Please notify us 24 hours ahead of time to set heater.

* PETS*
We are PET FRIENDLY, with a fully fenced backyard! With that said there is a fee of $100 for having a pet on our property. Disclose size and breed of pet just so we know, we do not discriminate
Please clean up after your, leaving pet poop on ground will result in an additional fee and unhappy staff and hosts. Do not allow your pet on furniture, there is a doggy bed in garage free for your use. If additional or extensive laundering services are required we will request an additional fee of $50. Please be honest, if you have intentions on having a sheddy pet sleep in bed communicate with us and pay the fee upfront. We are pet parents and understand it is important to have our fur babies close to us.

* SECURITY *

- There are two cameras that record video and sound, one in the driveway and a video doorbell.
- A noise monitoring device is placed outdoors (***does NOT record sound or video). An alert will be played to inform you if it’s too noisy during quiet hours. This is mainly to keep our neighbors happy with us.
- Our home is protected and monitored by Simplisafe when vacant and is disabled while guests are visiting.

House was nice. Pretty clean but bath tub was rusty so I didn’t want to bathe baby in it. They did have high chair and pack n play available which was nice. Neighborhood was ok. I chose this place because of proximity to the strip but all day/night we heard planes and sirens. Wind made the pool dirty and pool cleaners never came during our stay but we used the pool net to clean up.

Cute and cozy

This was a great place for my family to stay in Las Vegas. It is an older property, but the interior is freshly renovated giving it a modern look/feel. It was too cold for us to use the pool, but it looked like fun. We will need to come back in the summer! The host was great. Very straight forward checkin/out.

Tnis property was as described and not too far from the strip. Minor cosmetic upgrades could be made, but my family and I enjoyed our stay overall. The Host was kind enough to have extra towels available for both the shower and the pool. We were also welcomed with snacks and beverages. We did not cook this trip, but everything was available if we decided to, including the outdoor grill. This property will be saved as a Favorite for future bookings.

We loved this house! The host went out of her way to bring us ice due to ice maker in fridge wasn’t working. The pool was great! House is very clean and whatever was needed was there. We would absolutely come here again!

5 stars – A Wonderful Home Away from Home in Las Vegas (10–14 June 2025)

We had an absolutely fantastic stay at this beautiful Las Vegas property. From the moment we arrived, it felt like a home away from home. The house had a warm, wholesome, and welcoming atmosphere, and it was spotless, well-presented, and thoughtfully stocked with everything we could need. There were cold drinks waiting in the refrigerator, a generous selection of coffees, and plenty of snacks—all lovely touches that made us feel instantly at ease.The pool was a real highlight, especially in the searing Vegas heat. The whole family enjoyed it immensely, and it was definitely the standout feature for the younger members of our group—it became their favourite part of each day!We stayed from 10–14 June 2025, and throughout our visit, communication with our host Bernice was exceptional. She was always quick to respond and incredibly helpful, making the whole experience even more enjoyable.I truly cannot recommend this property enough. It ticked every box for comfort, location, and value. I would stay here again without hesitation—thank you Bernice for making our Vegas visit so special!

Plenty of space for our stay

We stayed here for both business and a little leisure. The house is clean and spacious with plenty of room for the 5 of us to be comfortable. There's thoughtful touches like an emergency toothbrush in case you forgot or lotion. The backyard is nice with everything you need to BBQ and hang out. There is quite a bit of emergency vehicle sirens but that's to be expected in Las Vegas. It's not super quiet but we felt very safe. We thought it was a good central location for us to get to the strip or anywhere else in Vegas. Overall a nice stay in Las Vegas!

Highly Recommended

Wonderful house in a great location. Berenice was always available in a matter of minutes to answer all questions we had. House was fully stocked with everything we needed and more! House and pool, which was heated, were immaculate, warm and inviting. Not to mention the personal touch Berenice adds to make you feel at home! If they had more than 5 stars I wouldn’t hesitate to give them all to you Berenice! Can’t wait to stay with you again in the future! Such a refreshing change from staying on the strip. Like a private oasis! 😁

Just what we needed

This home ended up being just what we needed for our stay near Vegas. We were in town for a wedding that was just two miles away from the property. My husband and I invited our two children with their spouses, which allowed us all to be together and visit. The ample seating both inside and out was great. So many amenities were available for our use. There were snacks, drinks, all cleaning supplies, toiletries, and tons of supplies in the kitchen. We didn't want for anything. The only suggestion I would add is to have dressers in the bedrooms for putting our clothes in during our stay. It was at least nice to have the luggage holders.

The interior of this property was excellent. Clean, fresh, well stocked kitchen and bathrooms. It was too cool and windy for us to be outside, but the outdoor area would have been a great gathering spot. There is ample room to park 2 cars in the garage if needed. The only knock was that the house is on a very busy thoroughfare and the traffic and siren noise was noticeable at night. The house next door has building materials stored out front and has poor curb appeal, but this was not an issue for us.

Just what we needed

Communication with the manager is phenomenal! Very responsive and attentive. The house is a bit older but well kept and in an older neighborhood, cars got a little loud but other than that this house was perfect for us! Great amenities and simple rules to follow. Pool was heated and needed.
