Very close to the strip and a little over a mile from Allegiant Stadium. The house is cozy, has towels, and Mike was very responsive for my needs. The pool and lazy river is very nice as well.
It was a fantastic place with great access to the strip. The community it was in had plenty of amenities and was very clean. Would definitely come again in the future.
Everything about this place was convenient. We stayed for EDC weekends. Matt did not price gauge this place at all. He did not cancel on us, and made it very easy to check in. I do wish it wasnât on the third floor, but thatâs me being overly exhausted from our weekend. The place has a balcony, 2 pools, a gym , and a spa. Matt is very generous with ensuring all the we were informed of all the amenities this place comes with. Thank you!
We really enjoyed are stay at this location. We have been coming to Vegas for years and will rebook this when we come again. Great location and really nice amenities.
Decent place for the price. Tile flooring needs repairs or replaced. Smoke detector battery was low and beeping.
But the stay was good for our short trip.
The location is a 5 min ride from the Vegas strip, everything was super accessible in terms of things to do, shopping locations, swimming at the two pools available, etc. We got there right for 3pm and everything was clean! Check in was smooth, no concerns!
Great location! We walked to the 24 hour Walgreens for drinks & snacks. We walked to the Rio, twice! We saw Penn & Teller make an elegant disappear and had a $$ breakfast. Friends drove us the the Strip to explore at see a concert. It was nice to get back to a quiet place after Vegas sensory overload.
We had a great time. The property was spacious and clean, had all amenities required and was in a good location (a $15 taxi ride to the strip). The shared pool area was really nice.
Mike was responsive with all my queries and it was such an easy and pleasant experience.
Thanks for having us!
Keurig, Normal coffee pot, cold a/c, and one of the best showers I've ever had! It was like standing under a hot waterfall! We walked everywhere, safe sidewalks over the highway to the strip - maybe 1/2 mile or so to Caesars.
Convenient location near the Strip. The condo had everything we needed. The larger pool was closed, but the smaller is quite nice. The fitness center is excellent. We had wifi problems 3 of the 5 days we were there. It just kept going in and out.
Convenience is the name of the game at this property.
We enjoyed our stay in Vegas as this property is so convenient to everything Vegas. Close to casinos, shopping, and restaurants- we didn't miss out on anything. We recommend going to Dean's Place for Italian and Metro Pizza for pizza. Both were easy to get a table for the 6 of us with no wait time. Mike was a great host.
You get what you pay for. The place is falling apart and not safe for babies - like, AT ALL! It was a safe place for us to sleep. Don't count on using the wi-fi. The signal wasn't even strong enough to use any streaming services on the tv.
The check in process was easy, the condo was a good size. But unfortunately there were a few things that need immediate attention. There were several loose tiles which we kept tripping over, the beds werenât the most comfortable and we couldnât get to the balcony. For a quick stay it was ok but I wouldnât stay here again.
The appt was very convenient to the strip and convention center.
The beds in the two guest rooms were badly broken on one side.
The garbage disposal didn't work
The drains in the bathrooms didn't work well (both the sink and the tubs)
The Kitchen was poorly stocked with drinking glasses and eating utensils.
There were some loose tiles in the hallway
The property seemed to be safe, with controlled access and a guard on duty 24/7.
Multiple pools, a hot tub and lazy river were nice.
Les points faibles : Communication et exactitude de lâannonce
Aged condo in apartment complex 30 min walk from Strip
The condo was part of a large complex which also offers a gym and a small communal pool. The larger pool was closed due to improper maintenance during our stay. Las Vegas Boulevard (Strip) is more than "a stone's throw"away, you need at least 30 minutes on foot. The flat is large but dated and poorly maintained. The air conditioning was loud and not very effective, the fittings in the bathrooms were loose, as were some of the floor tiles. The kitchen barely has enough glasses, the equipment is poor compared to other accommodation in this price category. The communication was not very smooth. We only received the check-in information the night before (when we went through the Fewo Direkt support line) because the host did not respond to messages beforehand. The location is good, everything can be reached quickly by car (parking is free within the complex, but expensive in the city). The apartment complex is old but nice.
This unit was clean but in much need of some professional detailing. Many broken floor tiles some were glued back down but no grout. One before the master wasnt even glued down. The couch felt like it would fall over when you sat on it. All the furniture was clearly 2nd hand. I know we were in Vegas and basically needed a place to sleep. All three beds had mattresses that were worn out. The kitchen was fine. There clearly has been professional work done to upgrade it. Again nice and clean but in need of some repairs. You can read about these same issues from reviews months ago.
Hospitality is in my blood. I was born to big family with tons of guests at our home all the time. Owning residential apartment buildings and hotels enhanced my keen sense of customer service and love of people and guests.
