• Since our cabin is located in the woods, you may encounter some of the local wildlife including bees, other insects, squirrels, deer, and occasionally black bears. Please stay aware of your surroundings and exercise caution during your stay.
• Bears are dangerous!
• Check with us for early check-in availability
• 6 Person Hot tub is for adults only. Alcohol is not allowed near the hot tub. You are not allowed to use the hot tub if you have consumed alcohol or you are pregnant. Use the hot tub AT YOUR OWN RISK!
• No refunds for weather/natural disasters/power outages/other things that are beyond our control.
• Pets are NOT allowed. You will be charged $500 if you bring a pet.
• Absolutely no fires inside the cabin or outside! Only fire in the fire pit is
allowed. Unauthorized fires (including candles) will be charged $100 plus damages.
• No late check-out. If a guest does not vacate the property by 10AM on their scheduled day of departure, the fee for failing to vacate is $50.00 dollars for the first half hour and $100.00 for each subsequent half hour that the guest fails to vacate the property.
• Since there’s no waste pickup service in the area, guests are responsible for disposing of their own trash.

Mountain woods getaway

Location was great, building was clean and lovely. The woods were very tall and beautiful, and it's about 30-40 minutes to Gatlinburg but without any of the traffic and headache that comes with it. I wouldn't come expecting lots of fine dining and shops around, but if you're looking to get away from everything it's a perfect spot.

Wonderful Place

This cabin has it all. Everything you need for a nice get away to relax. They have you covered. Nice to have things kids can do and the adults can relax at the same time. Did I mention it was SPOTLESS!!!

Awesome stay!

We had a fantastic time at this cabin! The kids were obsessed with the game room - it gave them hours of fun, which meant the adults could actually unwind. The hot tub was such a treat in the evening. The property felt like a private escape tucked away in nature. Everything was spotless, well-equipped, and just like the listing said. We had literally everything we could possible think of. We’ll definitely come back!

All amenities and then some…

We came for a week with 3 teenage girls. The cabin was better then listed and we booked it based on what was listed. Every other cabin we have booked leaves you only with enough supplies to get settled in the first night. Not this cabin, plenty of TP, spices, paper plates, garbage bags etc…they even had beach towels to use for the hot tub. Alexa’s in the bathroom and kitchen played a variety of tunes depending on who was listening the teens or us old folks.

Stop looking and book!

This was the perfect spot for our family vacation. From the location, the stunning interior, communication with owner to attractions near by we couldn’t ask for anything more. Just a short drive to all the tourist locations but far enough away to provide the quiet family time we needed. The board games, gaming systems and fire pit were a great addition. We enjoy mornings on the balcony or the front porch swing and evenings in friendly poker matches or laughing at each other playing the VR. Roman was amazing at communicating the entire time. He gave clear instructions to make check in a breeze and throughout the entire time. One of the best host and properties we have vacationed at. Enjoy!!!
