**A $200 security hold is required and will be collected separately before check-in. This will be collected via credit card "hold" 3 days prior to check-in. The credit card hold will be released 3 days after checkout, provided there is no damage or missing items. Details and payment instructions will be shared after booking.

A/C must stay at 68°F or higher to prevent system freeze

Cabin is on a septic system – please dispose of grease/food in trash. Please do not flush makeup/baby wipes and/or feminine products down the toilet.

You may see local wildlife (including bears!) — please do not feed them

Routine pest control is maintained; however, our cabin is located on a running and flowing creek. You may, at times, encounter some uninvited critters but this is just nature.
