Our stay at this location was perfect! Close enough to Dollywood and all the touristy sites, but far enough where youre not in the middle of it all. We also found some delicious restaurants very close to the house outside of all the traffic which was awesome, also a very cute little grocery store righ down the road. The house was comfortable foe all and we loved the fire put area and hot tub! Would definitely recommend.
The property is beautiful added another night at the last minute which they was very helpful with had 3 adults 4 children and plenty of room for everyone to have there own space . Even had a late night visit from a black bear who put on quite the show for us ! Will definitely be back ! Cades cove is a definite place to go seen so many bears and neat things !
We traveled as a family of 5 with kids. The cabin was clean, had a beautiful view and so much space. Couldâve easily fit two small families or a larger family as the bottom floor had two bedrooms and an extra living room.
It was a beautiful cabin and such a relaxing setting. The covered hot tub allowed us to enjoy even in low temps, rain, and snow flurries! The jetted tub inside was clean and perfect to end the days! Would stay there again!
Overall this was a great property, but having never been to the area we did not realize how steep and narrow the mountain roads were in Tennessee. The driveway is very steep and there are only two ways to the cabin one way is full of narrow tight cut back roads and one way was very easy to navigate until we reached a very very steep hill that our vehicles almost did not make it up. The property should add photos of the driveway so you can get an idea of the steepness and tight aspect of navigating to and from the property. Great space for parking and there is space to turn around in the driveway! The roads to and from have nearly no lights on them so make sure you are home before the sunsets or it gets even more difficult to travel. This is truly a mountain getaway! You have access to three community pools that may be open but the property can make no guarantees that you will get to use a pool since it is a benefit of the HOA. The pool closest to this cabin was closed down for the season and we could not find the other two pools that were further up the mountain. Management is very responsive and the cabin comes stocked with everything you need. The hot tub was not in the greatest condition but it was a nice amenity.
Enjoyed two nights in the mountains with family. Cabin is off the beaten path and was perfect. Rooms were bigger than the pictures represented. Very clean!
Were looking for a weekend getaway for the extended family and pets and this home fit the bill perfectly! Plenty of space for 7 people and pets and comfortable furniture all around. Will definitely keep this bookmarked for another trip!
First time we have been to Gatlinburg. The cabin was wonderful with a great fall view and secluded in the woods. The view from the back porch was spectacular. The cabin was well stocked with everything you need. We enjoyed the hot tub especially after a day of hiking and fishing,
Overall the property and cabin were very clean. The dishwasher wasnât working properly and the pillows on the beds could be replaced as some have lost their firmness!! We enjoyed our stay. Check in and check out were very easy!! Good location and 10-15 minutes away from downtown Gatlinburg.Great location!!
Overall this house was awesome, 10/10. The cleanliness in some areas could have been better. The hosts were great and responsive, would stay here again
Family trip with my mother that along with my father took my sister and I to Gatlinburg so many times when weâre children. We lost my father 3 years ago and realize more and more the importance of spending time with family and creating new memories. At first contact with the property owner I shared this and was met with such kindness. Owner is very quick to respond to any questions and helpful. They made us feel very welcome at their property. We had a wonderful time and would absolutely stay here again. Thanks for helping us continue our family tradition and create lasting memories for us and the kids.
The property met all of our needs. Location was great, very quiet, and close to all the things we were wanting to do. House was nice and clean, came with basic amenities for our stay, and they worked through a small TV issue in quick time. I'd definitely go back again. Thank you!
Our stay was wonderful. The cabin was beautiful and met all of our needs as a larger group vacation. My only recommendations are... check behind the cleaning staff bc the bathroom jacuzzi tub on main floor and shower upstairs were a little dirty and add the code to the pool pass in the checkin instructions. Otherwise our visit was wonderful. The home was close to all of the wonderful attractions that gatlinburg and pigeon forge have to offer.
Had to check in late due to unit not ready when we got there but not a big deal. No pool pass was found at property luckily we were still able to use the pool. Only one issue with unit. The stairs and hand rail has screws and nails sticking up. Had to make sure to keep shoes on to prevent any issues. All in all a great cabin with a good view. We enjoyed our stay and would definitely rent this unit again.
Clean home with enough room for everyone. House is located in a quiet area yet close enough to everything you could need. Hot tub was great for relaxing outside along with a nice spa bath inside. The kids loved the arcade game setup available as well. Nice fire pit area with adequate seating and two picnic tables to enjoy nature while you eat. Very easy to get in contact with the host if you had any questions. Would definitely visit a home from this host again.
Property was amazing. Cabin was beautiful, check in was a breeze, just short distance from town. Only suggestion I would make, trim trees just a little to open the view up more. But still an amazing view. And make the EASTWOOD. Sign brighter to see at night lol we missed it several times hahah. But overall we enjoyed the house and property. Will definitely be staying again.
We came looking for an authentic Smoky Mountain experience and got it with this adorable log cabin complete with 2 bear sightings on our street. This house has space for our children to spread out downstairs and play while we could relax upstairs. Itâs a quiet location tucked back which we enjoyed most. The drive to Gatlinburg and Pigeon Forge was a manageable 20ish minutes but we were happy to return to our retreat after the crowds. I was especially impressed with the A/C unitâs ability to keep up with this multi story house as it was blazing hot out during our visit (I know this is an odd review point but we came home to re-evaluate our own A/C after this visit!)
