Come see why this 21st Floor Phoenix Gulf Towers condo with unbelievable unobstructed views is the best for your family with its amazing views of the Gulf!



Our condo is perfectly situated on the 21st floor West corner with incredible views and unreal sunsets! We also have a keyless entry door lock so you do not have to keep up with any keys during your stay! You can enjoy a spectacular view of the Gulf from the balcony or through the floor-to-ceiling windows in the Living room and Master bedroom, and 3rd and 4th bedrooms. With over 2,000 sq ft the unit is very spacious, newly furnished and new to the rental market!!



Amenities are abundant at this Phoenix Gulf Towers condo: the unit is appointed with full-size appliances, wet bar with ice maker, 75” flat screen SMART TV in living room and a flat screen 58" SMART TV in the master, and a 58" Smart TV in the 2nd, 3rd and 4th bedrooms, laundry room with full size washer and dryer. There is a King bed in the master, two Twin beds over two Queens in the 2nd bedroom, a King in the 3rd bedroom and two Queen in the 4th bedroom for sleeping up to 14.



There is an awesome zero entry outdoor pool with a water slide which connects to a lazy river, large splash pad, heated in-door swimming pool, large jacuzzi, state-of-the-art fitness center overlooking the Gulf.



There is a 25 year old minimum age limit to reserve the unit which will be enforced with no refund for violation.



Your vacation will be complete at Phoenix Gulf Towers with all of the amenities, the beach and luxurious accommodations. Parking: You must purchase your parking passes upon arrival, they are a one time fee of $70 per vehicle. Any 4br unit you rent at Phoenix Gulf Towers guarantees you can purchase up to THREE parking passes, the front desk will sell you additional passes based on the occupancy of the complex during your stay but do not expect an extra pass during the summer season.

Rental company was hard to get ahold of, and very rude. Unit was not clean. Shower door was broken, and fell on my daughter.
This shower door fell on my 7 year old when she tried to open it. It’s just negligence on the rental company’s part.
Mold in the bathtub. Unsanitary. Couldn’t use the bath.

This condo was beautiful just like the photos. Check in was easy and access to great restaurants and activities. Small hiccup with parking but the ladies in the lobby assisted me quickly. Will be back again soon.

Family Vacation

We absolutely loved it! This is our 2nd vacation staying at a Phoenix in Orange Beach. Michael was great to work with our family of 14. The condo was exactly as pictured. Elevators were fast. Had everything you needed if you decided to fix a dinner at the condo. Very clean and staff was friendly! I would highly recommend staying at a Phoenix! We will be back!

Everything about this condo was amazing. Plenty of space for all 9 of us. Top bunk is not user friendly if you’re really tall though. We didn’t need for anything. Love the ice maker in the wet bar.

Having access to both lazy rivers was an added bonus. Beautiful & perfect!

The condo was absolutely beautiful! We had 14 women for our girls trip that stayed and we had plenty of room! We cooked two of the nights that we stayed and had everything we needed. The ease of checking in and checking out was perfect. We loved the lazy river and it is such a short walk to the beach. The sunsets & our view was beautiful! This condo and our stay checked off every single one of the boxes!! The only thing I would say is to maybe add some items to the kitchen and to the bar area. Maybe a shaker, shot glasses for measuring? And we had a hard time logging into the living room TV which we were never able to do because it required a Samsung account so we could not log into any of our streaming accounts. 10 out of 10 for sure & we would rent again!!
