Highly recommend, very clean, had everything you need in the kitchen, the best views, activities to do right there, plenty of seating. We had 12 people, and very ideal from a 3 year old all the way to an 83 year old! We played tennis and pickle ball, floated the lazy river, went down the water slide, and grilled out, played games, and hit the beach every day! They even had beach toys. Would love to come back some day!

We had 11 adults and 3 kids under the age of 10 with us on our family trip. This unit worked perfect for us. The size is amazing, beautifully decorated and the view is breathtaking. The kitchen has everything you need for cooking. The furniture on the balcony was very nice quality too. Would definitely stay here again.

We really enjoyed our stay at this property. The layout was perfect for our needs and the view incredible. The lazy river and pool area were great for the children. I would suggest that the owner considering replacing the upholstered furnishings in the living area as it's showing wear from use.

This condo was perfect for our family of 10. Very spacious so no one felt crowded. Incredible views from the 22nd floor of the beach and ocean. Best part was it was right on the beach so easy for everyone to go to the beach whenever they wanted to. And the indoor heated pool and hot tubs were perfect way to end the day.

Fantastic family vacation n

Our family of 11 had a fantastic stay at Beachball Phoenix. Where do I start?! The incredible views, giant kitchen and living room to gather and spend time cooking and playing, the immaculate bedrooms with balcony access, or the pool and hot tubs. This condo was an amazing space for our large group giving us plenty of space and comfort. The easy access to the beautiful beach was the cherry on top. It was very clean and the perfect space. We will definitely be back!

Wonderful holiday retreat

Multigenerational family Christmas vacation. The home was perfect and met all of our needs. Property management was very responsive to questions and concerns. Very spacious and clean. Furniture and beds were very comfortable. Located close to everything. Nothing bad to say! We will definitely be coming back.

The location and views are fabulous. However, the toilet in her master bathroom, light bulbs, and fan in master bathroom weren't fixed until the day before we left. Also, the tile on the balcony was broken and was a a trip hazard.

We have stayed in this unit a few times. It is so nice and spacious. Appreciate all the amenities it offers. Might need to check the dryer vent in the back as it's giving a code that there is lint build up. Also, it's about time for a refresh on the living room cushions. They are very worn at this point. Other than that we had an amazing time per usual!

The cracked and loose tiles on the balcony frightened me, especially when I stepped on it and it moved. Several light bulbs went out during stay. Otherwise it had a great view with wonderful space and a nicely filled kitchen!

We are addressing this with buildings HOA immediately to ensure it is properly inspected and repaired. We also appreciate you letting us know about the light bulbs.
