Our beautiful, spacious, sparkling clean, pet friendly home in North Cape May is perfectly designed keeping in mind the needs of large group of people. We are a 5 min drive from the main Cape May beaches. It's perfect for groups of friends and families looking for a getaway..
"Please note that our pricing is based on the number of guests. The base rate is for one person, and there is an additional charge for each extra guest. To ensure an accurate booking and avoid any issues, kindly enter the correct number of guests at the time of reservation."
The house is designed keeping in mind the needs of big group of people.
Sleeping Accommodation:
6 Bed Rooms with a total of 11 beds. Breakdown is;
Room# 1 : 4 Adults: Two King Beds and Attached Full Bathroom.
Room # 2 : 2 Adults: Single Queen room
Room# 3 : 2 Adults: Single Queen with a Private Deck.
Room#. 4 : 2 Adults: Single King Room
Room# 5. : 4 Kids: 2 bunk bed, a crib and a play area.
Room# 6 : 4 Adults: 2 Queen Beds - The Room is located downstairs.
Unlimited Hot Showers:
Unlimited supply of continuous hot water, no need to wait for water to heat up between showers.
3 full baths and a hot-water outdoor shower.
Dining:
4 Dining tables with space enough for 20 people to sit.
Sitting space:
2 Large Living Rooms with a total of 5 couches.
2 Large 65 inch TVs, each room also has a private TV. So the house has 8 TVs
Outdoor also has sitting space
Kitchen:
1 Full Kitchen with double oven and 1 fully stocked Kitchenette. 3 Microwaves
4 Dining tables with 20 chairs.
Parking:
Enough parking on premises to park 8 cars, more cars can be parked on free street parking.
The property can accommodate up to 20 people.
The Entire property is for the guests to enjoy.

We are located right across the street from the beautiful Cape May canal, and down the street from the West Cape May Bridge. We are located very close to several wineries, breweries and distilleries.
Smoking Allowed only on the Patios or the back Deck. No smoking inside the house. Please make sure all beach tags are returned on check out.
By booking, guests assume all risks and responsibilities associated with the bunk beds and agree to release the host and Airbnb from any liability and hold them harmless for any injuries or damages.
I. Waivo AGREEMENT
A. On behalf of The Bridge Team, the party authorized to rent the vacation rental property and the owner of the vacation rental property, Waivo has assumed the responsibility for damages as outlined below up to $1,500, the Waiver limit purchased by or for You, the renter, for your stay at the vacation rental property.
B. Waivo is hereby responsible for direct damage to real or personal property of the vacation rental property as a result of Your acts or omissions. Waivo will pay the lesser of the cost of repairs or the cost to replace the property up to $1,500. This Waiver does not negate your responsibilities as a renter for items outside of Waivoâs responsibilities.
C. This is not an agreement to provide insurance.
II. EXCLUSIONS
A. This Waiver will not pay for theft, or damages resulting from:
1. Acts of God
2. Prior damage, cosmetic damage, or normal wear and tear
3. Theft
4. Loss of use of the vacation rental property
5. Rodent, termite, infestation, or wild animal
6. Damage to a motorized vehicle
7. Fine art, collectibles, or sets of items
B. This Waiver will not pay for damage or theft of property owned by You.
C. This Waiver will not pay for costs associated with odor, debris removal, backups of sewers and drains, landscaping, marring, maintenance, or mechanical breakdown.
III. CONDITIONS
A. Waivo has the sole authority to determine the nature and extent of damages, necessary repairs, and eligibility for the Waiver.
B. Waivo reserves the right to determine if damage is eligible for reimbursement at actual cash value.
C. This Waiver will pay for excessive cleaning, as a direct result of damage, over and above the normal cleaning fee. An irreparable stain or spillage is considered damage.
D. This Waiver is only effective for a one-time single continuous stay, for which You
purchased the Waiver. It takes effect when You occupy the vacation rental property
and terminates when You depart the same vacation rental property. This Waiver expires after 32 days of a one-time continuous stay. Additional Waivers may be purchased for extended continuous stays.
E. This Waiver is only effective if damage is reported to Waivo by You, the property manager, the online travel agent or the owner of the vacation rental property within 14 days of Your departure from the vacation rental property or the expiration of the Waiver (32 days).
F. Waivo will not respond to damage under $50 US dollars.
G. If there is a dispute related to these terms, mediation is required before any party may file litigation. In the event of litigation, all parties waive the right to a jury trial.

You, or Your, is the renter of the vacation rental property and includes the renterâs spouse, children and any other person You invited on to the vacation rental property during your stay
