This property is approximately 25 - 27 mins (12.7 Miles) away from St. Pete–Clearwater International Airport and about 40 - 45 mins ( 20 miles) away from Tampa International Airport. It is located in a peaceful neighborhood so you can have a relaxing time but is also within a quick 15-20 minute away ride to beaches, shopping centers, parks, golf courses, and other attractions like the Clearwater Marine Aquarium! Make wonderful memories with loved ones and enjoy the amazing areas this place has to offer!

An Unexpected Surprise

The property was exactly the same as the pictures and description in the app. The place was super clean, cozy and beautiful. The only thing that was a little challenging was exiting from the property to a busy street, but there wasn’t a lot of traffic so it wasn’t that bad! The other thing I was very impressed by was the town itself. Wow, I will go back in a heartbeat! The downtown was spectacular from restaurants, riding golf carts, riding electric bikes throughout the town and its own trails with restaurants and bars on the sides, the Honeymoon Island park and its beach where you can go kayaking or paddle boarding to the nearby Caladesi Island. It was wonderful! We had an amazing and unforgettable time!!!

Delightful property

The property was immaculate. Host was responsive with excellent communication. The property is a short walk away from Dunedin’s downtown shops and restaurants. Highly recommend.

Sister Trip

My sister and I were making a beach combing trip up the coast with Dunedin as our last stop. This unit was perfect for our needs! Cozy, clean with all the comforts of home. It is close to downtown Dunedin with lots of shops and restaurants within walking distance. The property managers were very attentive to us and made the check in and check out processes so easy! We loved our stay!

The communication from the management was constant and every step of the way. We rent a lot of VRBO locations and some include enough to get by. This house had it all, including coffe, tea bags, oil, spices The master bedroom

Nicely remodeled & clean apartment functioned well and was convenient to fun locations. The busy street with intersection added noise and made exit challenging. Managers communicated promptly. Security lights in back created sleep challenges. Overall, a nice stay.

Great little place in a great location!

This apartment is perfect for a couple, 2 adults, or a small family. Because there is not a large common space inside, larger groups would feel cramped unless they spent most of their time outdoors. It was great for us. An outdoor common space is available, but we didn't use it due to the weather when we visited (late December, in a cold snap). Scrupulously clean, comfortable beds, and very well appointed! No complaints. The location is ideal. There are many outdoor opportunities available nearby (biking, shopping, beach activities), and Dunedin is a great little town. We stayed a week, to catch the full moon winter sea shelling in Honeymoon State Park (excellent, btw). Management is truly superior. So responsive and nice! We will definitely be back!

December in Florida

Tell cottage was very nice. Seemed to be recently renovated and had everything we needed. Owners thought of everything even down to a flashlight which was need when we took the dog for walks early in the morning or at night. Owners/management company communicated often and extremely well with checkin instructions, resolving minor issue with TV and checking out. Location was perfect as it was walking distance to downtown Dunedin. We did not have to get into the car everytime we wanted to go to dinner. I was worried about it being on such a major road but it was easy to get in and out of the parking locations. Since we stayed in #2 road noise was a minimum. The place does sleep four with a king and queen bed but if you are going to spend anytime in the unit I could see where it could seem crowded but for just two people and a dog it was great. Location was perfect. Size was good for me, wife and dog. Every thing you could possibly need was provided. Only improvement would be to have a Keurig instead of a coffe pot. More people use the pods today so they can have different coffee flavors than have a complete pot of one flavor.

Cute cottage

If I could give more than 5 stars for cleanliness, I would! The cottage is adorable and well furnished. We were able to walk to the historic district for restaurants, shops, and bike rentals. I would stay here again.

Very clean

This a great spot in downtown dunedin! Close to Clearwater and has a lot to offer for guest, including a washer, dryer and an iron ! Two bathrooms nice sized kitchen, and private place to park! Very clean as well !

Cozy rental

Clean, comfortable rental close to downtown Dunedin, you could actually walk. Fully stocked kitchen, comfortable beds, plenty of towels. Communication with the renter was outstanding, someone was always a text message away. We experienced no issues during our stay, but if we had, it would have been taken care of immediately. Would definitely stay again.

Cute and cozy

Charming cottage with nice decorations. Nicely appointed. It is on a busy street but we were in the back so that helped. The other unit attached can be noisy depending on the people there. It would be nice to have a sound proof door between. Pictures make it look bigger than it is, but perfect for two people.

Very cute and clean

These units must be brand new because everything was super clean and new. Short walk into downtown. Because they are a management company there are some extra hoops to jump through. And I’ve never had to say that an owner was too communicative before, but better than the alternative. We would definitely stay here again.
