-One bedroom has an additional futon couch that pulls out into a full bed

Guest Access:
-You will have complete access to the entire home and garage
-You will be greeted in person for check-in and will have keys provided
-House manual available for all info and functional references
-Optional pool/spa heat can be added after your booking for $75 per day
-No smoking indoors
-Pets are considered on a case-by-case basis with an additional fee ($100 small pet / $200 large pet) plus deposit
-You must be 25 years or older to rent this vacation home
