If you want to get out and explore, you are only 6 minutes from the award winning beaches and 25 minutes from downtown St Pete.

The Blue Fin is named after our first anniversary trip to a little place down in the keys. It was a special place for us and we hope it becomes a special place for you.

The Blue Fin was remodeled with relaxing beach vibes in mind. The home has a front living room with a 65" TV capable of streaming from any of your accounts, several chairs and a comfortable couch. The back sun room gives you vintage old Florida feels with large windows overlooking the back yard, a queen size sleeper sofa, desk and a decorative surf board tucked in the corner.

Each bedroom has a 43" TV capable of streaming from any of your accounts. One king bed and one queen bed. Plenty of closet space for your clothes in both rooms.

The backyard is fully fenced in and the pool area is entirely screened in with access from a sliding glass door inside. There is a picnic table outside, along with a gas fire pit, gas grill and several pieces of patio furniture. Plenty of beach chairs in the garage if you want to have more chairs outside. The pool is heated to 83.

BEACH LIFE
We are located 5-6 minutes from the award winning Madeira Beach, and just a short drive further north to Clearwater Beach or south to St Pete Beach. Other great beaches lay in between those. Beach towels, beach chairs and a beach wagon are provided for you to use.

MAXIMUM of 6 guests with some exceptions upon booking.
Master bedroom: King Bed (sleeps 2)
Guest bedroom: Queen Bed (sleeps 2)
Sunroom: Queen pull out sleeper sofa (sleeps 2)

PETS: you must disclose the number of dogs (max 2). No cats.

Guest Access:
Easy to navigate residential streets and a large double wide driveway where you can park up to 3 cars. Please park in the driveway and be respectful of the families living and kids playing in the neighborhood.
NO GARAGE parking.

The Neighborhood:
A quiet residential neighborhood with walkable streets and sidewalks. A small lake where its always fun to walk down and feed the ducks and turtles. Walmart just blocks away, Seminole Shopping Center, Target and other stores just a short 5-10 minute drive away.

Other Things to Note:
Professionally cleaned before each booking. Please remember this is a residential neighborhood and keep noise down after 10pm when outside.

We live right around the corner and can provide assistance and give you insight to the house and amenities if needed.
