This spacious flat is located just steps from the beach and the trails while still being in the heart of town. A covered dining terrace that overlooks the lush, green Monkey Corridor gives the feeling of being out in nature from the comfort of home.

Note: Guests staying at 8B Calle Cartagena enjoy complimentary access to The Club. This is an exclusive facility located at the heart of Beach Town designed to enjoy a range of amenities, including three unique styles of pools, a fully equipped fitness room with weightlifting, and cardio equipment, plus delightful dining options at the on-site restaurant.
Seating throughout the interior, in the kitchen, dining, and living rooms, as well as out on the porch, invite family and friends to hang out and relax between adventures. Natural wood beams, and bright, white walls all make the ample spaces feel welcoming.
During the days, you will likely be busy at one of the beach barbecues on Playa Danta or sipping a sunset gin & tonic at the Santarena Hotel.

Las Catalinas is steadily progressing towards becoming one of Costa Rica's most delightful beach towns. As the community continues to expand, various construction projects are underway across town to introduce new amenities and services, enhancing the experience for all visitors.
The Development team makes great efforts to minimize the effects of construction on guests, however, we cannot guarantee that absolutely no activity will be visible or audible due to the variable nature of construction. No changes, refunds, or discounts will be provided due to construction.
