Bring the whole family to this great place with lots of room for fun. This single family mountain home is on over an acre of land and gives you the opportunity to have the perfect mountain getaway. New hot tub (June 2021) with Mountain View’s. Amazing chef's kitchen! This will be the vacation of a lifetime. This high end mountain home is equipped with a chefs kitchen, game room, large hot tub and the perfect setting for a mountain getaway during any season. You will walk in the front door and be greeted by a large, live edge dining table perfect for family meals or game night. The mail floor boasts a living room and gas fireplace, mud room with a brand new front load washer and dryer and the best part.....a chefs kitchen. The kitchen has a gigantic island and 90” range with both stove top and griddle options. There are double ovens and the kitchen is well equipped. There is a single bath on the main floor. Head upstairs to a loft area perfect for board games, a workspace or simply relaxing after a long day on the trails. Upstairs you will find two bedrooms with a queen bed in each. You will also find a full bathroom with tub, shower and vanity. Downstairs in the walkout basement is where the party happens. You will walk into a game room with a custom bar and air hockey table. Stream to the TV and have a great time gathering. Just beyond the bar is a private patio that holds a large hot tub with water features. This is great fun for kids and friends. On the opposite side of the air hockey table you will find a private theater room with reclining sofas and nooks perfect for snuggling and viewing on the 70” flat screen. The basement has a full bath with tub, shower and double vanity. It also has a bunk room with 4 queen bunk beds along an additional bedroom which holds a queen bed and single bunk beds. Guests will have access to the entire home along with the 2 stall garage. Owners will send a check-in message and code the day of check in. It only takes 10 minutes to Winter Park Ski Area and even less to fill your home with groceries at Safeway. From the moment you drive up the private driveway you will love this house. If you are looking for a multi-family retreat, this is it.

Outstanding House and location

This house, location and owner all exceeded our expectations! The house is fabulous and has so many nice touches, spaces to hang out, and high-end yet comfortable feel. It is set up for larger groups or families and worked incredibly well for our group of skiers. We will be back. Beautiful!

Awesome cabin

It is a great cabin getaway, very clean. We went with family and we had plenty of room. The kitchen was amazing and the theater room was a great place for the whole family to watch a movie together

Large amazing vacation house!

We had a fabulous time at this amazing property. Close to town and large grocery store 5 minutes away; but the house feels properly secluded in the woods. Lots of space, great kitchen and dining areas. We were 8 adults, 6 children ( 9mo to 11 years). Would definitely recommend. Host was very responsive to all questions.

Beautiful, well-appointed home

I stayed for four nights with a group of college buddies, just relaxing and reconnecting. The house is great! It accommodated our group of 7 very well, with plenty of common space and nice bedrooms, not to mention a great hot tub. The kitchen is spectacular and fully equipped. And the location is excellent (we saw several mule deer and one young male moose on the property!) Finally, Josef was communicative and helpful. We'll be back!

Fantastic house with great location

House and location are perfect. The house truly lacked nothing. We appreciated the well-stocked kitchen with pleanty of cookware, dishes,... Linens were nice and plentiful. The movie room with its cozy cubbies was a hit during the days we hung out at the house. House is very close to the grocery store and only 40 minutes from Rocky Mountain National Park. Host is kind with great communication. This was our first trip to Colorado and the house was a highlight! Thank you Josef!

Winter Retreat

We set up a 3 week remote office where friends, family, customers, and business partners were invited. This house did not disappoint. The kitchen and all appliances are top end. All amenities, air hockey table, media room, bar and hot tub were used extensively. And if you are lucky enough to get the master bedroom then you will be in for a treat.
