Our beautiful 2900 Square foot home is the perfect combination of elegance and comfort so your family can enjoy our home the way we do! Our home sleeps 16 people with tons of space for quality time. We are perfectly located near all the amenities Winter Park has to offer at just one minute to downtown Winter Park where you can enjoy shopping, dining, and summer festivals, and World Class downhill skiing and snowboarding at the Winter Park/Mary Jane Ski Resort.

Come make memories in our beautiful home in great proximity to the mountain to enjoy World Class Skiing and tubing in the Wintertime. Located on the bike path to enjoy a short walk or ride into town during the warmer months. Take in a concert at the park, a festival in town or just enjoy dinner out!
Our home features 5 bedrooms and 4 bathrooms. King bed in the master with a private bathroom, and two queen bedrooms share a full bath. Above the attached garage is a second master with 2 sets of full over full bunks, and new pull-out sleeper sofa and private bathroom. There is also a room on the main level with a queen bed, and access to a full bathroom for folks who prefer main level living.
House features extensive hardwood flooring, granite countertops, stone accents, and high-end furnishings. Relax at the end of the day in the private hot tub or kick your feet up by the fireplace.
The kitchen is a chef's delight with granite countertops, hickory cabinetry, and stainless appliances. We even provide a waffle maker, coffee pot, griddle, and roasting pan for your Thanksgiving Turkey.
Our main level (requires no stairs) offers our kitchen, dining, and family room. Our living room has a cozy leather sectional making it the perfect space to curl up by the fireplace and watch a movie on our large smart TV after a day of skiing! Step outside onto our deck area and soak up the views in our private hot tub! We also have a grill on our deck area for your use. Our dining room has seating for 8 with additional seating at the bar, so everyone can enjoy dinner together. This level also a queen bedroom with an attached bath.
Our upstairs level features a king bedroom with en-suite bath, TV, and walk ion closets. There are also 2 queen bedrooms on this level with a shared full bath in the hall.
Our above garage bonus area offers a great room with 2 sets of full over full bunks, a sleeper sofa, and a full bathroom. There is also a TV in this room, making it a second space for family to lounge!
All Winter Park House properties come stocked with a basic starter package of paper towels, toilet paper, facial tissue, hand/body soap, conditioning shampoo, dish soap, sponge and dishwasher detergent (this is a 3-4 night supply, guests may purchase additional products locally). Each home is equipped with high-end bed linens and towels. Kitchens are stocked with a coffee maker(Keurig and standard), cookware, bakeware, dishes, glasses, utensils and small appliances(griddle, crock pot, blender, food processor, rice cooker and waffle maker). We also offer a large capacity washer and dryer for your use.
Rental Rules:
1.) Please respect our county wide quiet time hours are 9 pm to 7 am. Our county does fine for violations and that will be at your expense.
2.) No events of any kind permitted at any time. Violations will result in immediate eviction and $1500 fine.
3.) No outdoor fires are permitted at any time.
4.) No more than 4 vehicles total allowed at our home. No on-street parking allowed at any time. Our HOA does fine, and tow and you will be responsible for any fine incurred.
5.) All of our rentals are non-smoking. By signing this contract, you are stating that you will not smoke in our vacation rentals. You will lose your deposit if evidence of smoke is found once you check out.
6.) You and your guest are using our home at your own risk. We nor the owner of the property will be held responsible for any injuries that occur at the vacation rental or for any lost or stolen items.
7.) No boats or trailers are to be parked at our rental properties. Any fines from the homeowner association, as a result of this broken rule, will be charged to the refundable deposit.

Our home is equipped with noise/smoke sensors. Exterior cameras are also present.

Pourquoi avoir choisi cet hébergement ?
We fell in love with this property right away based on the proximity to the things our family loves to do, the space that works for sharing time with extended family and friends, and the beautiful finishes. We are right on the bike trail which allows us to easily, and safely ride into town to enjoy the great dining options and entertainment. We also love the open meadows that surround our property allowing us to fish in the stocked ponds, or snowshoe/cross country ski without ever getting in the car! We are a stones throw to the new rec center, and the Fraser Tubing hill, and we are a block from the ski shuttle. We feel like we are 'in-town' even though we are in a quiet, friendly community.

Great spaces for families traveling together. Everyone has space to hang out together, or find a cozy room to read a book. We love the hardwood flooring, granite countertops, and all the storage (two car attached heated garage, large pantry, big closets). PLEASE NOTE: The bonus room above the garage has a king sized bed pull out sofa sleeper and private bathroom. This bonus room IS attached to the main house, so you do NOT have to access it via outside stairs. The stairs to access it are inside the main house, so it really is a second master suite area as part of the home.
