Great property for 3 couples traveling. Well stocked kitchen and clean space. The only snag we experienced was accessing the hot tub. The customer service person didn’t seem to know where it was . There was a code provided but the space required a key.

This property was beautiful. Very clean with all the comforts we look for on vacation. Beautiful kitchen, comfortable beds and smart TVs in every room. Great location. Just a couple minutes from the market, restaurants and shopping. We would definitely stay here again.

My friends and I stayed at this fabulous location. It was so easy to book, extremely clean, and the host was easy to reach. The location is perfect for a relaxing get away. We enjoyed the quiet, calming nature sounds that surround this rental. It was stocked with everything we needed. Overall it was perfect.

The condo was spacious and very well appointed. However, there are serious electrical issues going on. The air conditioner didn't work on the day we arrived and Nomadness wasn't able to get a technician out until the day before we were leaving, which was five days later. Not sure how they didn't know of that problem before we checked in. The washer and dryer did not work and the lights dimmed constantly when we had fans plugged in. Anytime you used a kitchen appliance, the lights dimmed and the TV went off. My Mom was very worried that it wasn't safe to stay there but we had no other choice. We had to use a laundromat to wash towels and slept poorly because it was too warm.

We did have our maintenance team come out to look into both issues. For the A/C, we brought over a loaner unit to help keep you comfortable while we arranged for a professional to come out and properly diagnose the problem. Our team also checked the dryer and determined that it would need to be looked at by a professional as well. After reviewing everything and taking the issues you experienced into consideration, we have issued a reasonable refund based on your experience. We’re very sorry your stay wasn’t as smooth and comfortable as it should have been, and we really appreciate your feedback and understanding.

Great Mammoth Getaway!

We had a wonderful time in this beautiful townhome! It was very clean, had wonderful amenities and the location was perfect. It was great to have a two car garage and a place to put our ski gear. It is conveniently located by the bus lines and there is a great walking path. The home looks over the creek and it was nice to hear the bull frogs while we had dinner. We were sad to leave and look forward to staying here again!

House was perfect for our family of two adult children and their spouses. Location was great as were all the amenities in the house. I can't think of anything I needed the house didn't provide. The welcome kit was extremely helpful especially the booklet that included maps of key sights and hiking trails. The kitchen was incredible! Although I don't cook when vacationing....had I wanted to....it would have been heaven! The kitchen even had a spice rack fully loaded! The family room was spacious and hosted plenty of room for the entire family of 6 adults to relax. Overall, I would definitely book this home again.

Great house but needs a few things

Loved the house layout and location - very comfortable and great for hanging out with family and friends- only downside was the kitchen needs a few things like more/better pots and pans and other basic kitchen items like a vegetable peeler and cheese grater but overall a great vacation rental

Shortage of towels

Property was very nice. However we were there for one week and were given one bath towel per person and two kitchen towels. When I asked for additional towels I was told we would be charged for them. More towels should be provided depending on the length of stay.

We would like to note that we provide a detailed inventory list to our guests at the time of booking, in order for our guests to have the information necessary for trip preparation. Our cleaning fees are a standardized rate based on the inventories provided, regardless of length of stay, and we do advise our guests in advance that these supplies are considered starter kits. The accommodations fully met our expectations. The garage fit our Suburban and Mazda with room on both sides.The recommendation too open the windows late afternoon was wonderful. The cross breeze on the main living floor feels great. Tip, raise the blind higher than the opening to prevent them from banging. I will be recommending a door stop for the main bedroom, the cross breeze can slam the door closed.Check-in was so easy. Click click from your phone and enter the code to a wonderful townhouse. The kitchen has an amazing stove and oven. Best of all, all the bedrooms have bathrooms!

First of all was the stove, the oven door would stay closed and we had to stand there and hold it shut to make it work. We called as required in order to remedy the problem. We also asked to have the technician call before he arrived, which he never did, he just showed up. The technician was supposed to arrive first thing the next morning after we called, he arrived unannounced around noon. We wasted all day waiting for the technician and our family missed out on a previously planned event. We were not in a position to waste any more days waiting for a technician and miss our planned events.Secondly, one of the downstairs bathroom door didn’t have a door knob. It was just a hole in the door where the knob should be. This was very inconvenient. Thirdly, the kitchen was ill supplied. The can opener was so cheap, it didn’t work and we had to run to the market and buy one during mid meal preparation. The pots and pans were in poor condition and the pan’s coating was flaking off. We decided not to use them for possible health concerns. We had luckily brought our own pan just in case and were very glad we did. The owner/management company did offer us 100.00 to resolve the matter, as long as we would not post anything about our concerns. We chose not to take the offer and let others know about this unit.In closing, we were very disappointed with our stay at this unit and would not recommend it for anyone given the cost.
