Newly renovated, this Waterfront, Cozy and Peaceful four season cottage has a private beach and stunning views of Georgian Bay. We are located in a very convenient location that is only 8 minutes to the town of Collingwood, ~15 minutes to Blue Mountain Ski Resort and ~15 minutes to Wasaga Beach 1.

The space
This Waterfront and Cozy 3 bedroom cottage is the perfect spot for a getaway. During the day, take in the sounds of the waves hitting the shore and the birds chirping. At night, sit around the campfire (seasonal) and take in the stars and tranquil sounds of nature around you.

Our cottage is ready to welcome you, your family and friends.

As you enter our main entrance, we have 3 bedrooms, 1 bathroom and a Laundry facility on this Main Floor. We also have a gas Fireplace to you up in the winter.

Upstairs is where your family/friends will make memories. Our cozy and open concept Living Room, Dining Room and Renovated Kitchen have a beautiful and serene view of Georgian Bay. We also have another Gas Fireplace to cozy up to.

Parking can easily fit up to 4 vehicles.

Firepit is not available from December to March or as long as there are snow on the ground
