Welcome to the beach house of your dreams! This brand new, single-level, custom-built home is located on beautiful Cape San Blas, Florida, and is ready to be your next home away from home. You will be situated in the Ocean Haven subdivision and only 200 steps to the white sandy beaches. The enclosed outdoor shower will work wonders when you come back home from the beach.

Outdoor living is a huge deal here! The oversized front porch overlooks St. Joe Bay and the back porch overlooks the private pool, which features a wet tanning ledge and a generous deck. The front porch has custom-built seating you will enjoy, while the back porch has a propane grill and a new dining table, chairs, and a bench - perfect for alfresco dining!

This gorgeous home boasts a sunny and airy open floor plan seamlessly combining the kitchen, living room, and dining area. The kitchen is complete with new appliances, including a wine refrigerator. There is plenty of counter space to work on, so put on the chef's apron and let your creativity flow! Then, once mealtime is over, gather in the living area to unwind and watch a favorite series on the large smart TV by utilizing your streaming login. This area offers comfortable sofas throughout. The back living area near the bunk room offers a second space for both kids and adults to relax, watch TV, read, and play games.

This home is ideal for families traveling with kids! There is a bedroom with three bunk beds and a full-size bath right next door. Additionally, you will find a Pack N' Play, a highchair, and kid-friendly dinnerware, games, and books. Three of the four bedrooms have custom-designed en suite baths and all bedrooms have large smart TVs.

Parking notes: There is free parking available for 6 vehicles.

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.

Perfect beach rental!

We loved everything about this rental. The pace of Cape San Blas is such a breath of fresh air after fighting crowds along 30A. The house is a short walk to the beach, it takes about 2 minutes max. You walk down a private, short, sandy path that runs from the back gate to a boardwalk. You cross one quiet paved street, and then you're on the water. Being so close to the beach but also having a pool was a huge win, because our kids could swim in the mornings and evenings while we cooked meals and packed beach bags. All 4 bedrooms were a great size, and the layout of the home is great for families, as there are two living rooms. Our kids slept in the bunk room, which they loved. Looking forward to renting this house again!

Our family vacation was wonderful. There were 6 adults and 6 children. The house was the perfect size and all one level. The one level worked great for grandparents and toddler grandchildren. All four bedrooms had private bathroom and one went with the bunk room for all the kids. The kitchen was perfect for meals. It was very well furnished. The laundry was near the kids area.The pool was perfect. Our kids loved it. The beach was a short walk. We loved this house and would stay there again.

Family Summer Vacation

The house was perfect for our family. 6 adults and 6 children 19 months to 8 years old. We loved everything about the house and pool. The house had everything we needed. The distance to the beach was great. We would stay there again.

Perfect home but needs child locks on doors

This was the second year we rented this home. We love the single level. The 4 little ones ages 6 and under did not need a lot of steps to fall down so it is perfect for our needs. I am also recovering from total knee replacement so it was great for me too! The kids loved the pool! It was refreshing after a long day on the beach. The house is well equipped though we would have loved an air fryer but we made do. It was very clean upon our arrival but we did encounter drain flies in the bathroom for first bedroom on right. Some were dead on the floor and some were flying around. There was also a few worms in the toilet in that same room. This was not a real problem though and easily dealt with quickly. I also suggest child locks on both doors. We travel with an autistic 5 year old and he can easily get out the door to the pool or out the front door. This had us on alert at all times even at night as he does not sleep through the night sometimes. We will be purchasing travel locks/ alarms for future trips. We enjoyed our stay and would stay here again.

Gorgeous home

I love the open floor plan and the layout of the house. We had 9 people and it was so roomy, plenty of seating space. Beds where all comfortable and the showers were amazing. Kitchen was well stocked and the dining area and table was beautiful. Love the front and back porches. Location was great and only a short walk to the beach.

Perfect in every way!

This house was amazing for our group of 8. There was plenty of room all throughout the house. The 4 bedrooms were spacious and also spaced in corners of the house allowing for privacy for each group. There was plenty of sitting space for hanging out and also for meals. Kitchen was stocked very well. The front and back deck were fantastic. The pool was amazing! We definitely would like to stay again!

Perfect Family Getaway

The layout of the house is perfect for multiple families traveling together. All bedrooms have a bath and are located on the 4 corners of the house, divided by 2 living rooms, kitchen and dining. Front and back decks are perfect for hanging out in the evenings, and the pool area was great when you are done with the sand from the beach. 10/10 recommend!

A great stay!

The home was beautiful and very spacious. Lots of thought put into guest comfort. We did have trouble with 2 different door codes not working but it was no big deal. The outside trash cans had not been emptied when we arrived, but a call to Vacasa, and we only had to take the can to the street for it to be picked up. Vacasa was very responsive to all of our contacts.

Fun Labor Day getaway.

Wonderful house

Looks just like pictures! Rooms are at each corner so plenty of personal space. 2 family room areas so perfect for board game playing and movie watching. Pool was a perfect ending to our day at the beach. Some weeding needed around pool area. Would definitely come back!

Lovely Day made for a great stay!

Lovely House but undependable appliances

The house was lovely and very clean. However, we intentionally rented a house with a washer and dryer. The washing machine would not complete cycles, so laundry could not be done. We began reporting the problem on Monday evening. We called every day and no repairman was sent and no return phone call to us was ever made. Very disappointing. We would not have made these reservations if we had known the appliances were undependable. The refrigerator was also making noises. Thank goodness it lasted until we left.

Beautiful home

This home was extremely clean and the layout was a perfect one level which was helpful with our elderly mother. However, she could not maneuver the beach path as it was a bit slopey in some areas and longer than expected, but the park was a short drive from the home and the beach was more accessible for her to go for a beach walk. Kitchen could have used some serving dishes. Our family likes to share cooking responsibilities and serving meals was challenging. Kitchen was well stocked otherwise with plenty of dishes, utensils and glassware for indoor as well as outdoor dining. The pool was fabulous and everyone enjoyed it. We spent more time there than at the beach. Would definitely recommend this home to others.

Beautiful house!

We had a large group of 5 adults and 5 children. We rented this house due to no upstairs. The bunk room was great for the kiddos! The house was spacious and gave us plenty of room to spread out. The bonus living room was great for the kids. Kitchen was well stocked but could use an air fryer. The back porch was our favorite place to hang out and we had several meals out there. The pool was clean the little kids loved the tanning ledge! The walk to the beach was a lot for our 4 kids under 5. We walked once and carried all the gear but after that we drove the state park and enjoyed the beaches and the bay there. We had a great week and will be back next year!

Better than expected

This home was breathtaking. It was so clean and provided everything we needed for a wonderful stay. The layout is great-would accommodate more than one family and provide privacy for all. Th front and back porches were perfect for sitting and enjoying the sunrises/sunsets. There was not a big road to cross to get to the beach and it was very easy taking the path right beside our property. Going end of Feb/early March was perfect if you prefer little crowds and quieter beaches. We woke up most days going straight to the beach where most people were walking their dogs/taking a nice stroll. It was a more quiet community. There is some rebuilding going on in the neighborhood so if construction noise bothers you, I would suggest asking the owner about it. We did experience construction next door to us all week but we still had a wonderful experience. This home is 5 minutes from T.H. memorial St. Joe Peninsula state park which we HIGHLY recommend. The beach is just breathtaking. It was beautiful by our property as well, just even more remote and no dogs at the state park. At our beach, we were able to have a bonfire and cook smores one evening. Overall, we made lots of great family memories and would love to come back to this property in the future. We would recommend this place to others. Thank you!

Wonderful Family Trip

This house is absolutely beautiful. Perfect for a large family or a few families with kids. The rooms are large and spacious. There are 6 bunk beds in the kids room. (Not 4 like pictured) We had a few small issues, as expected. Pot and pans were very worn. Trash day was unknown and trash was overflowing. I would bring bug spray for “no-see-ums” if you don’t know what that is google it. Haha Overall awesome stay! Very clean. Large home with all the thing’s necessary for an amazing stay!

Beautiful home

We loved the 1 level. Helped with my in-laws. Very well stocked, even for small children. Loved the layout of home. Pool and location perfect. We will be back. Only need is a little more detail cleaning with dusting. Still very clean.

Amazing Thanksgiving Beach Retreat

We absolutely loved the house, pool and location! Short walk to the beach, half via sand path and half via boardwalk path. Bedrooms/bathrooms and living spaces were perfect for our two families staying for the holiday. Kids enjoyed the pool, even though it was a bit chilly (a heated pool would have been awesome for the adults!). Provided beach towels were greatly appreciated! The only thing that would have made things even better would be improved selection of cooking and baking ware since we were celebrating Thanksgiving. Although, Vacasa very kindly left a tray of goodies on the porch a few days ahead of the holiday, which was an excellent added touch of hospitality!
