Say hello to the Blue Bungalow! This adorable lake home features 3 waterfront balconies, modern furnishings, and a private dock with kayaks and a paddle boat available for guests to use! Conveniently located at mile marker 28.5, just minutes by land or water to Osage Beach and many of the lake’s most popular bars and restaurants! Make memories that will last a lifetime swimming, fishing, and kayaking without the worry of boat traffic in this no wake cove!
Kitchen and Dining Area
The open concept kitchen is newly updated an features beautiful stone countertops, a breakfast bar with two barstools, a coffee station, and beautiful vaulted ceilings. The kitchen is stocked with all the essentials you need to prepare meals. There is also a formal dining room table with seating 6.
Living Room
The living room features two armchairs, a couch, and beautiful views of the lake. There are sliding glass doors that open to the top floor waterfront balcony. (Fireplace is non-operational).
Bedroom 1
All bedrooms are located on the lower level of the home. The first bedroom features a queen-sized bed, nightstand, dresser, flat screen TV, and sliding glass doors opening to the second balcony.
Bedroom 2
The second bedroom features a queen-sized bed, nightstand, TV, dresser, and sliding glass doors that open to the second balcony.
Bedroom 3
The third bedroom features a queen-sized bed, twin bunk beds, a nightstand and dresser.
Bathroom 1
The first bathroom is located on the main floor and has a single vanity sink and tub/shower combo.
Bathroom 2
The second bathroom is on the lower level and has a single vanity sink and tub/shower combo.
Outside
The outside of the home features three waterfront decks, each with seating arrangements. The top floor deck has a gas BBQ grill for guests to use and a long handcrafted bar top and chairs to sit and admire the view in the mornings drinking coffee or while having a sunset beverage after a hot summer day.
Dock
Down at the private dock, enjoy use of two kayaks, a paddle boat, swim platform, and two spots available for jet ski parking. While there is no boat slip available, there is room to moor your boat on the side of the dock. No life jackets are provided. Please plan accordingly.
Neighborhood Description
This home is conveniently located just 10 minutes from Osage Beach. By boat, this home is just minutes from Millers Landing & Marina, Landshark Bar & Grill (Margaritaville), The Fish & Co, Paradise Tropical Restaurant & Bar and much more. By car we're close to Big Surf Water Park, Seven Springs Winery, Margaritaville, Jolly Mon Indoor Water Park and just up the road there is a conveniently located gas station that has full Deli and Pizza.
To abide by all legal requirements and building security rules, you will be asked to provide a copy of your official government-issued photo ID, confirm your contact information, provide a valid credit card with a name that matches your ID, pass through our verification portal and, in some instances, complete a criminal background check.
Important note: The information is collected for screening and verification only and is not stored or used for any other purposes.
Please be advised that you will be asked to sign a rental usage agreement that governs the terms of the stay. You will also be required to pay a refundable damage deposit of $500 before check-in. By completing the reservation you agree to the following:
• You agree to be bound by our rental terms and conditions.
• You acknowledge that you will be required to provide a copy of a valid government-issued ID and matching credit card prior to check-in.
• You acknowledge that you may be required to undergo a background check if mandated by the property management company or the building, as stated in accordance with your rental agreement and condition of the booking.
• You understand that your check-in instructions might be withheld until you have successfully completed our verification portal.
• You understand that your check-in instructions might be withheld until you have added a payment method in your guest portal for the damage deposit.
