Great location

We stayed here on a girls trip and had a great time! The beds are super comfy and the place was very spacious for our group of 10! The house and the decks/stairs down to the last deck close to the water needs a little TLC(nails sticking up, etc) Lots of steep stairs down to house.

Worth Every Penny!

We loved everything about this property. With it being right on the water, you're right in all the action on the lake, and can fish right from the deck. The space is great with the multiple bedrooms and numerous beds to accommodate larger groups. It's also right next to Margaritaville, which is an added bonus if the weather isn't great. I'll definitely be looking to stay at this location again. Thanks!

Good location. Beautiful house.

The view for this property was amazing. I wish they would have a toilet in the main area around the living room. You have to go into a persons room to use the restroom. My internet service was not what was needed to upload videos for my podcast. Other than that all was fine.

Relaxing weekend

Absolutely beautiful home! Our stay was relaxing and recharging. The only issues i had was the front door lock and those stairs. The lock kept beeping at us and wouldnt lock, most likely user error, and those stairs are a work out. Overall wonderful home and neighborhood

Fantastic views.

The views from this house are amazing and by far our most favorite. Coffee n the morning and a nightcap to end the day on the deck were the best. Several issues with the alarm system in this home and the property manager had confirmed this has been an issue and had someone come check it out a couple of times. There isn’t a welcome book, but a tablet with the home instructions which we finally figured out. I guess I saw it but didn’t want to play with it not knowing what it was about. The outside could use some cleaning, as well as some in the inside updates to some things. Bring some extra toilet paper, paper towels, garbage bags as there weren’t many ( not even a half of a paper towel roll. ) beds were comfortable. Yes, there are steps to get down to the home so be prepared. Again. Location and views were awesome! Oh and make sure you use the Margaritaville entrance!

Amazing Views - Hidden Gem!!! Highly Recommend!!!

I don’t write many reviews, but this house deserves recognition for both its amazing views and overall appearance/accommodations. I think this must have been a relatively new VRBO based on no previous reviews, plus hearing the welcome book had yet to be placed at the house that gives you all the typical instructions and check out procedures. We took a chance booking this, but absolutely hit a home run!!! A great bang for the buck. LOZ Vacations which manages this property provided great customer service. Their rep, Jill Riess, was outstanding. Extremely responsive from booking throughout the entire trip. As for the house, let’s start off with the view. FABULOUS!!! You are right on the waterfront of the main channel. My wife and I could have stayed outside the entire trip soaking in the view. The interior was absolutely beautiful and welcoming. Kitchen/laundry was fully stocked with everything you could possibly need. Great fishing deck area over the water at the end of a long/steep flight of stairs. Great hot tub for 4-5 persons to relax in each night. The list goes on. Sure, there were some VERY MINOR flaws like most bookings, but those will most likely be corrected soon (ice maker and outside string lights around the deck/hot tub area not working). Hard metal chairs for kitchen table uncomfortable. Plus, kind of creepy to have security camera above hot tub, but easily fixed throwing a towel over it. All of the rest MORE than made up for those small annoyances.
