CONVENIENTLY LOCATED, recently remodeled private lake home in Sunrise Beach!

CONVENIENCE! This RECENTLY REMODELED, private lake home on the 13 mile marker of the lake is close to everything! Two grocery stores, gas station, Dollar General, lots of restaurants, and only 10 minutes from the strip. Also has boat and jetski rental, gas dock and restaurant in the same cove!!

INSIDE: This fully furnished home is the perfect lake getaway. The 3 bedrooms plus an included pack ’n play sleeps up to 7 adults and 1 child. Linens, bath towels, hand towels and wash cloths are all included. The kitchen is stocked with silverware, knives, cups, glasses, baking sheets, pots and pans, a coffee maker plus much more. Table seating for up to 6 and 5 bar stools and one high chair. Free wi-fi, 2 living areas, 4 TV's, bar with sink and mini fridge downstairs, electric fireplace with ambient lighting, and access to washer and dryer.

OUTSIDE: Once you step out onto the lower deck you are just steps away from the dock!! Enjoy your morning coffee or evening drinks on the private master bedroom deck, on the lower deck overlooking the lake or on the large covered seating area on the dock. The large deck is great for gathering everyone and playing games! The dock has a covered seating area, a large swim platform , ladder, and diving platform. Great cove for swimming or floating around. Rent the water package that includes a large water mat and two kayaks are available for an additional charge. Lakefront restaurant, boat- jet ski rental , ramp for launching, and gas dock in the same cove.

Enjoy one or several of the lakefront restaurants that are accessible by land or water in this area of the lake; Lake House 13 (same cove), Franky & Louie's, Bear Bottom Resort, Paradise and Papa Chubbys. Backwater Jacks and Dog Days are just a short boat ride away.

Perfect Stay for a family

We had a wonderful stay! The location was perfect, and the home itself was clean, spacious, and full of fun amenities for the whole family. It fit our group perfectly and made for a very relaxing trip. Renting the kayaks and lily pad was definitely worth it — they added so much to our lake experience. Would absolutely stay here again!

Great location, perfect for a long weekend

This house is perfect for family/ friends to enjoy Lake of the Ozarks. We loved all the lake views and being able to walk out on to the dock and jump right into the lake. Jamey was easy to communicate with and quick to respond to questions. We are already planning our return and can’t wait to go back.

We enjoyed our stay for an extended family vacation. We enjoyed the water mat and kayaks. The location is great. You will want to bring towels for swimming as there weren’t any available. We would visit again!!

Mini Family Reunion in Sunrise Beach

We met my son’s family there to celebrate my grandsons 1st bday. The house was the perfect layout for each family to have their own space. We appreciated using the highchair and pack n play. Rented jet skis and enjoyed the kayaks. Easy access to groceries and good restaurants. Minor inconvenience - no disposal and no bedside lamps.

Girls Trip!

We had an amazing stay during our girls trip booking with Jamey! The house was perfect and the channel made it the best spot for swimming and floating right off the dock. Jamey also gave us great insight to make the most of our trip in Missouri!

Great spot on the lake!

This house is perfect for 6-8 people. Newly remodeled and just a few steps from the dock. Safe cove location for floating in the water and jumping off the dive platform. I would recommend this property to anyone looking for a relaxing/fun time at the lake.

Fun week on the lake

We had a great time and the house was great. Nice location, quiet cove and beautiful house. For sure bring your own beach towels. Kitchen lacked a bit on bowls but we made due. I would for sure stay here again. We loved it.

Fantastic place

We had a wonderful vacation staying at this property. Using the water mat & high dive on the dock was awesome. It’s right on the water, great view, a short drive to everything. Jamey was very communicative, had a welcome book, recommendations & answered questions promptly. Definitely would stay here again. You will not be disappointed.

Great Lake Get-Away

Everything you need to have a fun time at the lake. Teens loved the high dive and swimming off the dock. We rented the kayaks and had fun exploring the cove. House is perfectly located and has a great layout for families to enjoy togetherness while also having separate spaces. Also rented a pontoon boat from a nearby marina for tubing and cruising. We would definitely stay here again!!

Great get away!

Great location in the lake. Boat rental two min away by water. Close to open water but on a quiet cove. Fishing off of the dock at night was fun for my teenage family members. Quiet cove to kayak in which was nice for beginner kayakers in our group. Close to some awesome restaurants. Owner prompt with replies to questions and concerns. Overall a great stay!

What can we say.. we liked this home so much last year that we decided to stay here again.. last years trip was amazing because of all of the positives this home has... location, amenities, and it feels like home.. we walked in last week and it felt like we never left. so if it aint broke, don't fix it.. we couldn't have been happier with the home, communication with the owner is very fluid and was never an issue. Home was clean, the dock was amazing for our family, can't find any faults and that is why if our family decides to meet in the middle at LOZ, this house will be our first choice again.. just hope it will be available! Thank you once again for an amazing trip, worst part of it was having to go home!

Lovely Lake Trip

This is a perfect spot on the lake. House was amazing. It had everything we would need inside and out. We took advantage of the kayak rental. My nieces and nephew loved fishing from the kayaks. Great communication with the owners. I highly recommend this vacation home. My crew is already discussing next year.

Wonderful Home & Great Location

Our family came into town for another family member ( who has a home on the lake) 80th birthday.. We all wanted to be on the lake together but have our own homes and space. This home fit our family perfect and had everything we needed. The home was clean, spacious, lots of kitchen items such as pans, pot and utensils which was great. The location was perfect for being close to more family . We couldn't have been happier with the pricing and the communication from the property managers. We look forward to making this an annual family vacation. Thank you.
