A simple, no frills home at an affordable price in a quiet neighborhood in Wartburg.

Within 15 minutes = Frozen Head State Park, Lone Mountain State Forest, Obed National Wild and Scenic River, the Cumberland Trail, and the famous Brush Mountain State Penitentiary.
Within 30 minutes = Windrock, Oak Ridge, and Harriman.
Within 1 1/2 hours = Great Smoky Mountains National Park, Big South Fork National Recreation Area, Knoxville, and so much more!

We might not be the fanciest rental in Wartburg, but we're the best deal that's clean, safe, and has everything you'd need.

We live next door and can be there to help quickly. If you see us working in the yard, don't fret!

ATV RIDERS -
We do have a 50 ft driveway which allows for some trailer parking, BUT we live on a very narrow street that requires making sharp turns and using extreme caution. We highly recommend leaving your trailer set-up at Windrock if possible (although we will do our best to accommodate).

PARKING
We have plenty of parking for up to 3 vehicles. We do have some room for trailer parking. If you wish to bring a trailer with you, please know that our street is very narrow so you will need to use caution. Please contact us if you would like to bring a trailer so we can provide you with the easiest way to enter/exit the neighborhood. We ask that you please try to park on the gravel if possible, only park on the grass if there's not enough room on the gravel.

THE SPACE
This is a well-kept and clean minimalist home in a country setting. With 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms it provides ample space. We currently have 2 full beds, 2 twin beds, and a roll out twin bed. Thanks to the kitchen stocked with pots, pans, crock pot, and washer and dryer machine, you'll have everything you need to feel at home.

We live next door and can be there to help quickly. If you see us working in the yard, don't fret!

ADDITIONAL DETAILS
If you have any special requests (for example, really want to bring a family pet along), please let us know and we'll try our best to oblige.
We have dogs at our house next door that are still getting used to having guests. Please be patient with their barking, they are friendly! We can put them up if it becomes a nuisance.
