Smooth two bathroom, two bedroom condo centrally located in Buckhead, Atlanta. Minutes away from Lenox Square Mall, Phipps Plaza and Shops at Buckhead. Ten minutes away from Midtown, and Atlantic Station.
This was the perfect place for us! Had everything we needed. Very easy drive to Georgia World Congress Center and Centennial Park where we spent most of the weekend! Super close to food and shopping too! Love that itâs gated- security on site over night- felt very safe! Will stay here again in the future!
This place was exactly what we were looking for, we were in town to visit my aunt so really just a place to come home to at night and sleep. Would have been nice to have a fob for the main gate, but was not the owners fault (previous renter took them). Close to the highway but still quite. Very good for the price.
The place was in a great location for why we visited Atlanta GA. No idea if the property owner knows but we noticed the closet door in the master bedroom had a hole in it. We messaged them right when we arrived but no response. I would suggest getting a blackout curtain for the master bedroom because the outside light looks directly into the bedroom making it hard to sleep.Other than that we enjoyed our stay.
This place was perfect my family and I enjoyed our stay so cozy and cute. The property manager responded promptly for any questions I had definitely recommend!
The place was as advertised - 2 bedrooms & 2 baths. There were some repairs needed, like a loose kitchen faucet, missing door stops, and scuffed cabinets. mattresses
We loved our stay! Centrally located and convenient parking, which is a plus. Had everything we needed and more. Great value for this area of Atlanta. Super clean and well appointed. Will definitely stay again!
After a few frustrations/hassles with figuring out how to make things work properly, we settled in for a very nice three week stay. We were here for the birth of a granddaughter, so away from the unit a fair amount. But we really liked the location and layout of the condo, good amount of dishes, pots and pans and silverware - even managed to host a thanksgiving dinner for 7 people. Grocery stores and restaurants nearby, lots of parks. We especially liked Toast on Lenox, and Talkinâ Tacos. November in Atlanta was lovely with fall color. Host was quick to respond to our questions and concerns
The property is charming with nice âneighborsâ, and the pool is beautiful. My children and I spent the week in Atlanta and were centrally located to many attractions.
Upon arriving home, I discovered that I had left behind vinyl albums we had purchased. I reached out to the host, honestly not expecting a reply. Not only did they reply, they had the albums and would mail them to me. They could have ignored me; the stay and transaction were over. They could have been dishonest and kept the albums. They chose to go above and beyond in customer service and basic humanity. We would gladly stay again.
I can not begin to tell you about this property. To sum it up. IT WAS DIRTY!!! To the point that I ended up cleaning and organizing all the cabinets and then going out to get cleaning supplies and aluminum pans and dishes for us to be able to cook and eat. All drawers were full with miscellaneous items from past repairs. Old plastic containers. Unusable pans. Miscellaneous cups/glasses. Refrigerator dirty. Doors off hinges. Old beedie bed sheets. King bed mattress sunken in middle. Linen was like old car rags. We went out and bought linen. Mgr said he was sending new sheets. Never got them. My daughter attends Spelman and we came down from DC with family to see her performance. Im down here monthly and this COULD HAVE BEEN a good place for me to stay. Its only 15 minutes from Spelman. Grocery store and other stores are conveniently located near property. Lost gate fob. Was always an issues getting back in after we'd been out. I really tried ro be patient and work with the owner. Theres no way that I wouldve have family eat from that kitchen or dishes. Mgr really need a new cleaning company. Everything was in disarray. Nothing was organized. Door off hinge in master bedroom. On floor int the closet. Bith bathroom had molded soap scum covered liners. We were headed out to buy new liners but owner had some delivered. Shower curtains dirty. THE PLACE WAS JUST DIRTY!!! Empty cleaning bottles. Laundry room junky. Owner said theyd make it right. T
DO NOT BOOK Terrible it was really and do not book w these people wifi was on a timer and would only work for 30 mins then just go off randomly second room bed was like a very thin worn out mattress that creaks every time you moved there was stains on the bedsheets the bathroom was in such bad condition we could not shower and they refused to communicate w us or compensate it was a really bad experience for myself and my two children
We loved staying in this condo. The secondary bedroom bed was on the thinner side and not near as comfortable as the king size bed, but we just so happened to bring up a blow up mattress in case because we had seen this issue on another review. There were some cleanliness issues that were immediately addressed to management upon arrival but they had many options for us to rectify that situation swiftly. Management team was extremely prompt in communication, which I appreciate. Upon check in, they send a very detailed list on how to access the condo and if you closely read it DOES mention that the key card/fob can open the front gate. The kitchen had everything we needed to make several meals and the dishwasher works very well. The pool was big and had tons of seating. We used the grill and it worked well (charcoal) -FYI we did have to purchase tongs and a grill scraper but thatâs not a big deal. The location was amazing for us. Everything we wanted to access was within 10-20 minutes away from the condo and itâs right off the interstate. The faucet certainly is funky- wasnât sure what to expect after reading all the reviews about it. Once you figure out the groove of it, it works fine. I think the biggest issue is that itâs loose and I did report that to the team.

This might be a fabulous property for you, but here's why it didn't work for us:
1. A flight of stairs to get to the unit and no elevator. Would have been nice had that been mentioned in the listing. This was great fun with 2 of us having hip/knee problems.
2. No mention whatsoever in the listing at the pool would be closed. Would have been nice to know in advance.
3. Listing states that there is a sensor for the kitchen faucet to the left of the sink. This made for a fabulous mystery and a great deal of frustration as the sensor was not in fact to the left of the sink. The sensor was located on the base of the faucet.
4. No instructions provided re: how to work the televisions. This proved to be a bit complicated. Also, well minimal insight was provided as to how to work the soundbar, it still took a great deal of hitting mysterious buttons in order to get any sound from the television. Also, TV and
I've rented over 20 properties and never given a bad review. But if you're reading this, like me, you rely on the reviews for extra info. So, the short of it is:
1. Broken Kitchen Faucet
2. No toilet paper or even tissues
3. No Cable TV, Satellite or even Streaming on living room TV
4. No one to let us in the front gate
5. Totally scratched unusable cookware
6. Defensive attitude from Management team rather than apologetic
Here's the details:
1. Kitchen Faucet was supposed to be "touchless," but the sensor is in the back against the counter. It was also very loose at the base. Management's response:"Housekeeping didn't report it broken." This would be the same housekeeping that didn't notice that there was no toilet paper in the Condo. They never sent anyone to fix it.
2. Management's response to no toilet paper: "Well if there's none in the linen closet then that would be an error." No apology! To their credit, they sent over an Uber driver at 10:00 PM with 4 rolls.
3. There are 3 remotes & no instructions for the living room TV, but don't bother. You can only "cast". Master bedroom TV has streaming.
4. I sent Management a picture of the totally scratched pots & pans. They never answered my text, but 2 days later a package arrived - a "Mini pot Set." "Cookware" ranging from 4 1/2 inches to 8 inches. A joke?
5. Entered gate code, got "Please leave a message."
6. The owner of this beautiful property deserves a better management team.
