Baseball tournament

We were in town for a baseball tournament. The location was perfect! The condo was amazing and our host was so responsive and so welcoming!! We will look to book here again!!

Has the potential to be a better rental property. Nice gated community in a nice area with a lot to do. The kitchen is definitely lacking items needed if you were hoping to cook meals. Several outlets did not work.

Convenient to Perimeter Mall, excellent customer service.

A very nice part of Atlanta. Parts of the building are under construction, but the apartment itself is in great shape. Dealing with Hustle Estates was a breeze and I’ll definitely be coming back to this property.

Lots of construction. The AC was broke 2 of 4 days i stayed. The 2nd bathroom bathtub was clogged. Maintainece was in our room daily. Probably not where Id ever stay again

I understand how disruptive that must have been, and it’s certainly not the experience we aim to provide. Please know that we have addressed the AC and plumbing concerns to prevent this from happening in the future. I also apologize for the frequency of maintenance visits during your stay, as we always strive to minimize interruptions for our guests.

The manager was very accessible and responsive. We selected the property for the pool and the gym and both met expectations. Our experience included:- no AC (2 days) but there temporary AC that kept the main area comfortable but not the bedrooms but the manager did work with us to get maintenance in to fix- No working overhead light in bedroom - Dirty bathrooms (base boards and corners)- primary bed outlets don’t work - Front burner on stove doesn’t work- Cockroach in closet- Bathroom tub in guest bath doesn’t drain

Get away

The place was very nice despite the complex is under construction. The AC didn’t work but the owner go a portable AC unit and worked fine. We were unable to use the pool because it was shut down for some inspection. That was a real bummer. We had to use a public pool close by. Overall the place was great minus the things out of owners control.

The property was ok with just your basic essentials. They're doing renovations on the building, what I didn't like was the fact that we spent almost an hr trying to locate the apartment. I reached out to the owner through the app and directly it to about 40 min for a reply. Eventually I ran into someone who lived in the building and helped me locate the apartment.

Pros: Easy, indoor parking attached to property. Spacious condo with 2 bedrooms and living/dining area. Nice playground across the street for young children. Cons: 1) Poor communication from host (gave wrong street name to put in GPS, didn't have any welcome letter or info about the property, and we had to message through VRBO to get WiFi info, wasn't told key was under mat because keycode was broken so wasted 2 hours trying to contact her and VRBO before getting in). 2) We've stayed in MANY VRBOs and never once have we not had shampoo and soap provided. Host indicated that supplying this would be a "liability," which makes no sense (more of a liability would be the lack of a bath mat leading to risk of falling when getting out of shower). Also have never stayed in a VRBO that didn't have a toaster, more than 5 cups/plates, a knife sharper than a dinner knife, a cutting board, etc.... lacking many things that always come standard. 3) Small investment on owner's part would go a LONG ways. Towels were small and VERY thin (could buy nice plush ones from Costco for $12); pillows were like those you'd get on an airplane; table was very cheap and the bench squeaks loudly when you move a tiny bit (and we're small people); 4) If you're a light sleeper don't stay here. The man in the unit above was SCREAMING until 2am several nights, or he was busy dropping what sounded like weights and/or blasting music. 5) Didn't end up getting in pool as it looked dirty.
