Convenient ground floor corner unit location! Welcome to Pacific Shores A105 located in the heart of South Kihei. This 2bed/2bath ground floor condo is perfect for families or couples traveling together. Situated just minutes from the popular Cove, and across-the-street beach access to Charley Young. Several restaurant options also within minutes. This highly desired ground floor unit comes with TWO convenient parking spaces. You will be enchanted by Haleakala sunrise views directly from the private lanai, which opens to a large grass area perfect for kids to play. Pool, spa, outdoor heated shower, and barbeques are just yards from your lanai. Building A is the closest building in the complex to the beach!

The unit features a bright and inviting floor plan with charming living and dining spaces, perfect to regroup and relax after a fun-filled day on Maui. Complete with a convertible sofa sleeper, flat screen TV, Split System AC in main living space, and kitchen equipped for making the best meals. Indoor and outdoor dining each with seating for 4.

The primary bedroom has a new in 2023 mattress along with custom lighting, and a large closet equipped with the beach gear you'll need. En-suite bathroom has a tub/shower combo for bath time or an evening soak.
The guest bedroom is very comfortable with a queen bed, and guest bath conveniently located just off the bedroom. In-unit washer and dryer are an added convenience and allow for lighter packing. Bonus Sonos speaker for the music lovers!
Owner has provided Pack N Play and small high chair to invite families to enjoy A105.

Located in the heart of South Kihei, near Wailea, Pacific Shores is central to the best activities South Maui has to offer. Rating Details: The property manager was more than helpful. The vacation rental was very dirty. I was very happy with the location. I was satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The place could be great if there is no cockroaches.Seeing cockroaches walking around while cooking was frustrating.Please make sure you treat the apartment with professionals to remove all the cockroaches.Thanks

Family stay

Very clean accommodations for our family of 4 plus a grandma. Easy access to room and walking distance to beaches and dining. Sofa bed held two teenagers comfortably. The kitchen was a snug but was well stocked with all cookware and the washer dryer too. Pool and hot tub were nice. The room also had some beach chairs which saved us a bit on rentals. We would totally stay here again.

Great rental

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This rental has been one of our favorites we’ve ever stayed in. Very clean, customer service easily helped us do a late checkout for a late flight, great location. If we come back to Maui, this is where we’ll stay! The only downside is the beds are very uncomfy. Both queens and the hide a bed. We didn’t sleep great but just made it work.
