This spacious and comfortable two bedroom two bathroom, second row, second floor, oceanview, Pier Pointe West condominium named "Totally Beachin" is just steps away from the beach, pool, tennis courts, biking/running path and more. Enjoy morning coffee or evening cocktails, relaxing on the oceanside deck. Quality, family time is made simple, with the open floor plan sweeping from the dining room to living room to fully equipped kitchen.

~1150 Sq Ft, two bedroom two bathroom beachside, the second-floor condo is a perfect place to enjoy time with family, and friends, or even a special occasion. Beach access is just across the parking lot, up a few steps, via a boardwalk that features oceanfront bench seating. This particular building is also situated right next to popular amenities like the pool and tennis/pickleball courts. It is a short driving distance to grocery stores, restaurants, and entertainment.

Bedroom 1: King | Bedroom 2: 1 Full Bed and 1 Full Trundle

Home Amenities: Flat screen Smart TV's in each room. Oceanside porch for relaxing. Upgraded WiFi. Ample seating for relaxing and enjoying meals.

Kitchen: Well stocked. Dishware, flatware, cooking and baking utensils, 2 coffee makers, dishwasher, microwave, stove, oven, and full-size refrigerator.

General: Central A/C and heating. Reverse osmosis water system and water softener. Stack washer and dryer in hallway closet (BYOS, Bring Your Own Soap). Bath towels provided. Bed linens with fresh duvet covers are also provided, with beds made upon arrival. A starter pack of paper products (paper towels, toilet paper, dishwasher soap, trashbags) will get you through the first night or two.

Wifi: Upgraded WiFi, 250+ mbps

Parking: 2 cars. Onsite parking with parking passes is required. They are left in the property for each guest. First come, first serve.

Pool: Available May - October (closing dates are determined based on staffing and weather). Code is provided to pool in the welcome book located inside the property.

On-Premise Amenities: Tennis Courts, 2 Pools, Trash Disposal, Picnic Tables, Charcoal Grills (3 just by the condo), first come, first serve, and self-cleanup after use.

No Smoking, of any kind, inside the condo or on the decks.

Great Stay in EI

This is a great place to stay in Emerald Isle. It was very clean and well equipped. The location is steps away from both a beautiful, wide beach and a great pool (one of two on the property). You can't go wrong with this one.

Very nice condo

We enjoyed our week at Pier Pointe West even though it rained at some point every day and was very windy due to Hurricane Debby! It was a great location. Close by are restaurants, movie theatre, aquarium, putt putt, grocery stores.

Great Location!

This lovely condo was exactly as described and just a short walk to the beach. It was clean and comfortable with everything we needed for our stay...plenty of towels and all the kitchen gadgets. We were three sisters on a quick beach getaway and it was a perfect fit. One thing to note: the second bedroom has a trundle bed (which is stated on the website description) which would work great for kids sharing a bedroom, but probably would not work for an adult. It was not an issue for us, just a heads up ;) Communications with the host were easy and with quick responses. Couldn't have asked for better!

Great place to rent for family vacation

We were very impressed on how clean the condo is. Very low key atmosphere with 2 pools and a tennis court. Very easy walk to the beach. Highly recommended.

Property was very clean, well maintained and decorated perfectly for seaside condo. Beds were comfortable. Very close to the beach and even a small view of the sea. Our only complaint was that the owners did not leave any cleaning supplies to wipe down counters or wash dishes although they requested that we wash the dishes before leaving. We ran the dishwasher instead. Also, owners were a bit difficult to get a hold of. Overall it was it was a lovely stay in a beautiful setting. Very quiet when we were there inid-May.

This Condo Unit is lovely and well maintained. Clean and fully stocked with all you might need on your vacation. Lovely view of the ocean. Note the unit is on the second level. It was a relaxing stay!

Great destination for Emerald Isle and Crystal Coast

Great place to stay for families. They had everything you need. Stocked with cooking equipment, appliances, and plenty of dishes! We saved money eating in most of the time! Great balcony view of the beach’s. Short walk to the beach. These owners were very attentive to our specific needs. We would absolutely stay here again. Great for families!! All updated technology and o termed worked great.
